The worst customer service. They had no appointments and still they refuse to see any walk ins. We had the cash in hand to buy an overseas ticket. Would have been an easy sell. Their loss

Worst service. They never respond or call back even after multiple messages I left for them.

Farhan was incredible and tireless in finding the best tickets and route for our travel with a young child. Thank you for your understanding, this was the best experience booking tickets!

Recently booked a holiday through Corey at this Flight Centre.

My wife and I were heading to Canada for a wedding and decided to start with that in Calgary and then see what "we" could organise.

We gave him some parameters in terms of our budget and timings and he did the rest!

Sitting with him, he offered us advice on not just where we could possibly go, but also helped with plenty of other tips that some might consider minor.
At the time we thought they were just helpful little things, but while on the trip started to realise how valuable they were in making it smoother and avoiding a lot of hiccups we saw other tourists having to deal with.

Destinations were great, hotels were exactly what we wanted, and getting from A to B was easy

Overall, we had a great holiday which in a lot of ways, was due to the great service we received from Corey.

Ive had multiple interactions with Jaime and the service has been quick, efficient and east to deal with. Any changes i requested were immediately responded to and sorted out. The hotel recommendations were awesome. The bird park she suggested in Wellington was amazing and even though the the flight with Qantas was delayed, we got to go back to the birdpark and enjoy.

This year I booked a trip to Europe and I didn’t know where to even begin, I reached out to flight Centre who responded within 24 hours, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what Jamie has given us for our trip. Corey has organised our next Trip to Vietnam and has been really helpful, prompt and organised. Helped secure great flights with little down time, very happy with all the little extras we needed help with.

If I could give a negative rating I would! What should have been a nice 30th birthday celebration visiting Uluṟu has turned into a complete nightmare with myself and partner being stranded in Alice Springs due to Jamie’s incompetence. We had a gut feeling from the start things would go wrong as Jamie was rude on the phone and left us feeling unconfident that things were properly organised (we should have trusted this instinct!) Jamie was adamant about us paying for our trip in full asap but after we made payment we had to continuously chase her down about our itinerary. She confirmed with us that we would have a transfer from the airport to our accomodation and assured us that this was all locked in. Well, we arrived last night in Alice Springs only to find out that our accomodation is 5 hours away and there are no transfers! We frantically booked last minute accomodation close by and hoped that we could still save the trip if we could get a transfer the next day but to no surprise it’s all booked out! We have had to completely forfeit our trip to Uluṟu and schedule a flight back home as there was no way to make it to our accomodation or the planned activities. Such a disappointing way to celebrate my partners 30th birthday. We went through a travel agent to avoid something like this happening but we should have just booked it all our selves! So if you are looking to use flight center, be warned that Jaime is hopeless and you are better off organising your trip yourself!

Jaime was amazing! She helped me work out which dates were best to fly, arranged everything for me, made sure i had all the documents i needed to travel, and made my first long distance solo trip easy, fun, and low stress:) endlessly grateful x
