Flight Centre Vic City

We walked into Flight Centre Vic City without an appointment hoping to book some flights to Europe and Method fit us in straight away. He was so friendly and helpful, and had our flights booked within half an hour. We would definitely recommend working with him! Thank you again.

I had an amazing experience with Tayla. I booked flights and experiences for extended international travel and a small trip with a relative.

She was great at giving a personal experience and super helpful with any questions leading up to the flights. However, where truly shined was when we had a flight cancellation at the beginning of the trip potentially jeopardising the entire trip. She was amazing with finding new flights and quickly sorting out any lingering problems with itinerary. Also, she was incredibly supportive and responsive during this stressful experience.

I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a highly personal trip and for the peace of mind that I if anything goes wrong it will be fine.

Natalie Coe was simply excellent. I had some strange stipulations and she found the perfect flights and hotels at a superb price point. She is to be commended, and I recommend visiting her for your own flight bookings.

They don't care, when I called, a lady answered and she told me they are flat out and someone will call me back. No one did.

Could not be happier with Nat and the team at Flight Centre. Both Nat and also Jarrod helped me out in very short time when my flight was cancelled by the Airline. In very short time they found a work around and got me where I needed to be on time.

When planning my recent Europe trip I dealt with Francois who was both helpful and patient. He was also very up front with advice which certainly paid off and we were also kept updated during our trip with any flight changes. I will definitely use Francois and Flight Centre again for my future travel requirements.

I’m so grateful to Annabelle for her help a few months ago not just in booking a RTW ticket for a great price, but more importantly for the invaluable support when a family emergency happened during my trip which meant I had to change my plans urgently. Amazing staff who go above and beyond to respond promptly and help out with last minute flight cancellations and changes (even when they were short staffed and dealing with so many others issues and flight delays/cancellations). Would definitely recommend.

Anything to do with Flight centre is a absolute joke, thier refund policy and flight credits during covid is a SCAM will never go near them again and will be telling my family and friends about how crooked they are, if ever a company deserved to go bankrupt its Flight Centre
