Found the representive that I dealt with today to be disinterested and dismissive. She gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing her by asking for a quote for several different days/locations for business class flights to Europe. She was not overly helpful and I was disheartened by her cbf demeanor.

I just booked my first trip on a plane ever
I’m going to Queensland with my daughter and it’s both our first time in a plane and out of Victoria
