Renee who has been helping my partner and I throughout the year plan our honeymoon while battling with covid restrictions has been absolutely fantastic and she is so creative and thoughtful of everything of what we enjoy to do. She has always been flexible and reassuring and I feel she is someone who definitely knows best and that she really is a great reflection and asset to flight centre in general that anyone who ends up planning a vacation or a occasion with her is definitely in the right hands if it's with her for sure. Not only is Renee amazing at her job but she is also caring and understanding of what has happened recently in my private life that she is also respectful and doesn't force you to make decisions straight away in regards to plans that she is definitely supportive and reassuring in those ways too that Renee is a amazing person just in general. I can't wait to plan future holidays with your input as I know you definitely will have great ideas that i cannot wait for, thank you again for everything you have done for Curtis and I.

Kellie, Stephanie and Shelley have all been fantastic. They're super helpful, and take all the stress out of travelling. I have been so glad to have had Kellie's help through the chaos of 2021.

They were helpful in booking my flight but terrible at after sale service.

I had issues with my boarding pass being sent to their email and it wasn't forwarded to me in time for me to use it.

Even though they close at 5.30pm according to the flight centre website and Westfield knox's website, I was left on hold every time I called from 5-5.30 until I ended up having to leave a message because they were 'out of hours'.

Their in person service is wonderful. But other than that I was rather let down.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I rang. Communication was clear and straight forward. Tickets and the points redemption were all taken care of smoothly on the phone, even though it had been many months since they had done a similar transaction.

My wife and I been going to Flight center at Knox city and Jay Matthews always a delight and very professional in organising our trips. He is very meticulous to make sure that we have a great itineraries according to our preferences.
Jay is always reliable and prompt in answering our queries either via phone or email. We booked our grand european tour in 2018 and our South American tour in September 2019. Jay from Knox Flight Centre organised our trip to Europe wonderfully. All recommended hotels were excellent and all transfers ran like clockwork. Jay was very patient, and following up our many queries was never too much trouble for him. We cannot recommend him highly enough and will be contacting him for future holidays.

Jay and Chloe have helped me book a few trips now, but most recently my upcoming trip to Japan. They have listened to exactly what I want, and with their knowledge of Japan (having both been there several times), I know I’m going to see everything I have on my list. This will be my fourth holiday booked through Flight Centre Knox and I cannot recommend Jay and Chloe highly enough!

We can not thank Michelle enough for not only organizing our holiday but also getting us back home so quickly due to a death in the family. Mish is so compassionate, professional and kind and she looked after us in every way. I would only ever entrust Knox Flight Centre when booking holidays. The expertise of the staff there, particularly Chloe is second to none. I have referred many friends and family there and all say the same thing!

I highly recommend Flight Centre Knox especially Steph Kanen. I was nervous to book my first ever Europe holiday and went in to the store not really knowing what to look at and Steph had it all covered. She gave me some booklets and info for me to look at and think about, she was really helpful and I was honestly expecting a sales pitch and expecting her to want me to upgrade or suggest I do book things I didn’t want to do (I’ve never been to a travel agent before) but it was the opposite of that she did everything she could to find me great deals and she is really knowledgeable!
