48I went in to the Wantirna store without an appointment. Kimberley was able to see me. All my proposed flight dates were able to be accommodated. I wanted to do a side trip which Kimberley found the exact one I wanted. Thanks for you professional help, it made my visit so much easier

Dani has assisted myself and my partner on our first holiday and things could not have gone smoother. Any questions or queries were answered very thoroughly by Dani and she made sure we got the best out of our budget. I highly recommend going to see Dani to get the best holiday possible.

Does anyone there ever answer the phone? I just want to make an appointment. Why is it so difficult?
From the first time I stepped into this establishment I felt uncomfortable. You stand there for ages waiting for someone to say we can't help you, you have to make an appointment. There were no customers in at all and 6 staff and I said I've never been overseas and was confused and would appreciate some direction. I was told no you need to make an appointment to even talk to us for 5 minutes, so I make an appointment. I turned up for my appointment and the place had its doors closed and they were closed 35 minutes earlier, so I didn't want to come back. They were all very rude.
Phoned to make an appointment to discuss travel plans. After holding forever was told sorry we are very busy. Go into a store to make an appointment and clunk they hung up maybe: thank you for the opportunity leave your details and we’ll return your call would be better customer service. Won’t be doing any business with flight centre with this attitude
Tried calling two days in a row, both times I was on hold for ages until the message said no-one was available and please come into the shop to make an appointment.
I went to another local agent.
Very disappointed in your services. No online way to book an appointment. Rang multiple times and couldn’t get through to anyone. Pretty much only way to book an appointment is to come in to their store which is only open during normal working hours making it impossible for someone working full time to get in. Also shouldn’t have to go in to make an appointment. Also, no help with booking me with another store since they are were full. Also wondering why gift vouchers can not be used online and you have to go in store to use them
Normally I don't use a travel agent but I decided to give it a go this time. I would like to thank Gillian Moon for always so helpful and even go the distance by giving me suggestions on what to do as we will be having layovers.
I'm not sure why there're people who complained but it's expected that the consultants will be busy when the borders were opening up. You just have to be patient and book your time at the store.
I have seen Gillian twice and both times her colleagues were very friendly and helpful while Gillian was busy with the customer.
Will definitely use them for my future trips.
The lady we dealt with was very good the first visit. Next time she put into our schedule a cancelled flight. Which later on, sent automated advices re gate changes to a flight not being taken.
Two emails continually came to one participant and none to the other!
The final flight that superceded the cancelled flight, had no attendant messages at all. This incurred a trip to the airport the day prior, to assure us it was booked.
Quite annoying. We won't be using Flight Centre again.
No answering the phone no opening the door although you need an app to book so you can talk with them I still don't know how you will be able to book this app. Anyway I called chadstone flight center they answered straight away and I have my app with them today.
No drop ins, couldn't work out where the door was.
Need to make an appointment to see anyone.
Someone came to the "door" and helped us as her next appointment wasn't due yet.
Not sure I would go back, no longer welcoming, having the door shut would turn people off.
Went in for a quick enquiry and they refused to even help me. They said they were booked out but there were 3 consultants sitting there chatting away with eachother and not doing any work.
We have been coming here for many years. Chloe and the team have always done a fantastic job finding us the best deals, and offering very helpful advice especially in places we haven't travelled before.
Brilliant! Shelley looked after my brother in law and ensured he had the flight he wanted for his travels end of the month. She listened carefully and asked him necessary but not confusing questions. Thank you!
I am one angry customer and was not happy with the service I got from the staff from Knox Flight Centre on 20th April 2022.
I booked and paid for a 4 day/night stay at the Crown Metropol Melbourne with Shelley Dennison on 22nd March 2022.
On arrival at the Crown Metropol on the 20/04/2022 we were informed that we did not have a booking with them and no searching even with the Itinerary Document/Invoice & Payment Receipt from Flight Centre could help.
This all played out during a packed/busy check in desk with hundreds of people in the que, to say it was embarrassing and stressful is a understatement. This went on for an hour.
During this time I called Knox Flight Centre and asked for Shelley Dennisen but was told by Jay she was not available but that he would look into the problem.
An hour later a called again as we had still not heard from either of them and was told by Kate that Shelley was still busy and that Jay said he was sorting things out, I asked if it was possible to speak to a Manager but was told there wasn't any on duty only the three of them.
Shelley eventually called back about 2 hours later, no concern for what we were going through only that she had done her job and placed the blame with Metropol, she had no confirmation to sent of the booking only the Booking Reference.
The worst part of the whole ordeal was that she was actually laughing and when we confronted her regarding her attitude she said to call the customer service centre as she had done her job and proceeded to hang up on us.
I have been trying to contact a Manager to discuss but no details to do so.
I gave 1 star only as I had to submit this review.
