Brett at Flight Centre Forest Hill is an amazing travel consultant! I've been seeing him for years for help with booking overseas travel and he is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He continues to impress me with the great deals he can get and he's always prompt to reply to any queries. I cannot recommend him highly enough

I would like to thank Brydie who helped me to book accommodation in Fiji for December. I contacted Brydie last week on saturday after being rudely spoken to and hung up by another Flight centre representative from Eastland who told me they dont have time to deal with me and my vouche to make a booking. After calling again i got Brydie from Forest Hill shopping centre and she did everything to make sure i was looked after. My voucher had expired due to unable to use during covid but upon extension she went above and beyond to making sure everything in my booking was met. I just want Forest Hill Flight centre to know that Brydie is a great asset to the team. Thanking you heaps.

Brydie at Forest Hill dealt with our small project with as much efficiency and thoughtfulness as if we were a big client. We will go to her again.

Just returned from our trip booked with Brydie and I cannot praise her highly enough! We had issues with our return flight (airline system glitch). It was distressing to be on the other side of the world and unable to be issued with a boarding pass for part of the journey. Brydie and Diana had everything sorted by the time we reached Singapore. Thank you Flight Centre Forest Hill team, your help was priceless and a huge relief for us!

Terrible appointment management! They cancelled my appointment without informing me and when I physically went there they had clients inside and closed door! A lady finally came out and said she can only give me a consultation on the phone! Unbelievably disrespectful to people’s time!

Hello I’m giving flight centre FOREST HILL this bad review and you will see why. Firstly my husband had a voucher to use due to a previous flight cancellation due to COVID lockdown. We went to flight centre in FOREST HILL
and spoke to BRYDIE, she booked us both to Noosa, once we got there it already went wrong they had put us on separate seats which we could handle and asked to be put together, so off we went. The nightmare started when we were on our way back.as we were on our way to the airport we got a text from virgin airlines saying our 12.40 pm flights got cancelled and at the last minute and to top that we were also put on separate flights! Not a normal thing for an airline company to do when you travel together.in my eyes you also travel BACK TOGETHER! We call flight centre, speak to BRYDIE and she said there’s nothing we can do really! Also virgin airlines were saying the same thing, passing the buck, in the meantime who’s the MEAT in the sandwich US! No one gave us any help with paying for an extra night if we were going to stay or get a taxi to take us home from the airport.anyway we both couldn’t get on the 3.40 flights so we had to wait till the 6.50 flight which I might add it was DELAYED without us knowing! Getting home at midnight wasn’t fun, we had to make different arrangements to get picked up with more money! I’m sorry to say but I will not be going to see BRYDIE IN FLIGHT CENTRE FOREST HILL again.very disappointing service from both companies!

Times are tough in the travel industry but one positive is that I had an exceptional experience with Claudia D’Urbano at the Forest Hill Flight Centre. Planning a last minute Bucks isn’t easy but Claudia clearly communicated my options and didn’t sweat about my 20 odd questions. Claudia has a positive and personable approach and I left that interaction feeling much more confident about my plans. Thank you!

I recently booked a flight through Flight Centre in Forest Hill, and was incredibly impressed by the service I received there. Despite me constantly changing my mind on what I wanted and when I wanted it, Megan and Diana patiently worked with me and went above and beyond to provide me with the flights and travel insurance I needed, even during difficult times. I am very happy with the service provided by Megan and Diana at Flight Centre, and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to travel.
