Demi has been super helpful with planning our Europe trip! Very prompt with replies and has offered lots of different options that we had not considered to get the most out of our trip!:)

Found the support amazing. We had to book from overseas and had a child and infant to cater for. {Everything was done by phone and email}. Our consultant was Claire Blomeley and she covered every angle including booking seats that included a basinete for the baby. We rang back 3 times and all queries were answered quickly. Even assisted with an airport visa. Will always book through Flight Centre.

Flight centre Ringwood great service. Rhiannon very efficient and helpful as we had some complicated flights to sort. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I can tell you that I won't go ANYWHERE NEAR flight center again! I was assigned Nathan, and after a session with him decided that I needed someone more down to earth. I ended up with a lady who, although very attentive and good, booked me and my son on some separate booking 'trick' on the same flight. The flight to America was cancelled in the early hours of the morning. I was given a link and asked to rebook with continental airlines. They could rebook me, but not my son. After HOURS of trying to get onto Flight Centers help line (oh yeah) I ended up, I think, in the philipines, and a lady commented that she couldn't work out why the consultant had booked us that way. She offered to cancel our entire trip, or to just cancel the flights. I mean, what question is that? What decision is that? So I said no, and found other flights (justfly.com - my saviour twice). We missed two nights, which mucked up rooms, hotels, and God knows what else for our itinerary. I still haven't got the full refund yet after paying $1500 insurance. Having to fight for it every inch of the way. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Not open on the weekends. Newsflash.people who work can afford holidays.so we like to come In on the weekend. Lilydale Chirnside was closed. Eastland was solidly booked.

I’ve come here twice to book trips and both times have been really great experiences! I’ve been helped by Nathan and Laura and both are so lovely and accomodating. Just make sure to book over the phone first as they don’t take walk ins. Overall great service:)

What terrible customer service! The older guy with glasses was arrogant and rude. We travelled from Yarra glen to come to store, it did not say on the internet that we needed an appointment when arriving we are greeted with a A4 piece of paper telling us to ring and book to get one. When asking about what other stores offered Saturdays he brushed us off, told me he had no idea even where Yarra glen was and that this store had only been working with appointments on Saturdays for years! This store needs to update the internet and get some more interested and gracious staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My friend and I are in absolute disbelief at the shockingly rude "customer service" we received from NATHAN at Flight Centre Eastland. He basically refused to serve us because we booked some parts of our large 3-county holiday ourselves, stating he can only help if we book the entire trip with them especially hotels and flights. We confirmed that we still had to book an international flight, accommodation in one country, all hotel transfers and tours and so he reluctantly agreed. He looked up the international flight we were interested in and quoted us over $200 more per person for the same flight we saw online on Webjet & the airline website directly. When we raised this with him he basically told us if we weren't happy then we could leave. He had his arms crossed and a smirk on his face pretty much telling us to get out. His entire attitude and demeanor towards us was unbelievably rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. A relative of mine worked at Flight Centre up until Covid hit and she advised some centres can but will not help if not booking all hotels and flights with them because they receive "less money". As a business I somewhat understand, however we were still wanting to book an entire country's worth of accommodation and international flight plus more and apparently this still wasn't enough, but what's most disappointing above all else is the completely rude attitude towards us. All I can say is that Flight Centre is nothing but a money-hungry unprofessional business and even scams their clients with pricing. What was meant to be an exciting experience we left feeling so disappointed and deflated. Absolutely never again are we ever walking into a Flight Centre.

Don’t bother to book with Flight Centre; just go straight to the airlines. There is absolutely no benefit in using a travel agent anymore. My daughter booked a $2000 trip to Europe in 2020 which she couldn’t use due to Covid border restrictions. Despite a kilometre long email trail of stalling and broken promises, in the end they refused to refund her. They only offered a credit.

When the borders opened and she tried to use her credit for flights to the US she was refused because she was told it was a different airline. Never mind that she booked with Flight Centre NOT the airline! Companies like Flight Centre took millions of dollars in PUBLIC money from Jobkeeper and are still sitting on who knows how many millions of customer’s funds. It’s a total rip off.

My partner and I were very impressed with Isabelle. She’s fantastic! We previously went to a different Flight Centre but didn’t find the travel agent there helpful at all. Isabelle was efficient, approachable and switched on. She gave us helpful and practical advice and the process was hassle free. We’ll definitely recommend Flight Centre Eastland to our friends and family. Thanks again Isabelle. ️

Nothing on the website to say you have to make an appointment, but not taking walk-ins. Consultants chatting to reach other, but too busy to see a customer. It must be nice to be so busy you don't need new business!

My partner and I had Claire help us with our travel plans. She was extremely friendly and accomodating to our wants and needs. She was able to stay within our budget whilst getting us great deals. Super pleased with her service

Went to Eastland to book a flight with all the details and they could not help me for 3 days. They literally refused to put a sale through. Why would they even bother to exist. Lazy and incompetent staff deserve to be swallowed up by the internet.

I would firstly like to say how appauled and disappointed i am from the service i received on Saturday 27/08. I was not aware that i required appointment to make any bookings. When i got to Flight Centre Eastland i was told to make an appointment by a blonde girl for following week. She also told me that i can call Flight Centre and they can process my voucher over the phone with whatever booking i wanted to make. Let me make it clear i was outside of the flight Centre Eastland and at that present moment there were 3 Flight Centre represntatives one was a guy who was taking booking with a couple who were in the store, second was the blonde girl and third was a brunette girl who wore glasses and was on the phone answering calls. So upon being told to call i decided to call Eastland Flight centre while standing from outside there store. The brunette girl with glasses answered the phone and i asked her whether she can process my voucher as i would like to make a booking. She rudely said to me she does not have time to process my voucher as she does not have the time to help me since she is very busy. I was taken back from the way she spoke to me and i responded to her saying you dont need to be rude as you can say the same thing nicely, as soon as i said this she hung up the phone on me.is this the type of customer service Flight centre Eastland is providing? PLEASE do not tell me that your staff are busy and doing there best.reality is every business is under the pump and busy but it gives no one the rightsto be rude. So please do not sugar coat this unacceptable customer service from your staff.

Nathan was rude and abrupt on the phone. Kept cutting me off and talking over me when I was trying to ask a simple question, which had a yes or no answer.

Excellent Service. Nathan helped me promptly with flight cancellations and re-bookings at the start of the year.

Five stars for Fee who is absolutely fantastic. Both times I have dealt with her she has been friendly, professional, honest and helpful. I would definitely suggest you ask for her!
