Flight Centre Camberwell

We use Emma Campbell for all our travel and find her extremely efficient, professional and prompt in responding to our requests. Our flights, destinations and durations can be fairly daunting to put together, but she handles all of it effortlessly. Emma is an absolute delight to deal with and really does go the extra mile to make your travel plans perfect.

I have a consultant Harriet, that always offers me exactly what l need, and suggests, other options, and prices, and places to go also, l never have any problems, with my flights or accommodation, and she is so helpful and obliging too

Harriet and Liam is truly a great asset of Flight Centre. My experience of dealing with them has been amazing. We had lot of flight hiccups due to Thai Airways re-routing but both made sure we had best flight options available.

At one stage we had 26hr stopover in Bangkok on our return flight however Harriet continously followed up with Thai Airways and it was reduced to 2hrs because of her efforts. She is fantabulous!

Dean was fantastic in giving great advice and helping us secure our flights at the best possible rate. Great service!

I just called the 133 133 number and was put through to Camberwell. I had a query on an existing booking and was told I needed to speak to the store I had originally booked through. The assistant would not look up my booking even though I had all the references and was not prepared to answer what I believe is a general question about terms and conditions. Obviously she was not interested if there was no commission in it for her. Shame on her for giving such poor service!

Had a great time in Queenstown thanks to Liam Hawkes of Flight Centre. He got us a good deal despite the limited budget we have. The Milford Sound cruise he booked for us included buffet (some cruises don't) and is on the newest catamaran in the area. The hotel room rate we got is a lot cheaper than the published rate as well. Liam was quick to reply to our emails and was patient to answer all our questions.

I am never coming back here again the ladies toilet was full so i used the mens toilet and got pregnant because someone cume on the toilet seat

Flight centre recognised my father when he came to book.they were able to offer practical solutions to some of his challenges and happy to talk with family members to make it a good experience for him thank you
