I recently booked flights and a tour through Flight Centre Camberwell with Indy Angel's assistance. She was always so professional and friendly - it was a pleasure to work with her. My friend and I had numerous requests to change dates, book extra nights at hotels, etc and she remained patient and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and I will use Indy and Flight Centre Camberwell again.

I recently booked my holiday through Lauren at Flight Centre Camberwell and was thoroughly impressed. Lauren was quick, efficient, and tailored everything to my needs. Her insightful suggestions made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

What really stood out was the peace of mind I got from booking with Flight Centre. Knowing that there was support for any flight changes or cancellations allowed me to relax completely. The price was also very reasonable, comparable to what I would've paid booking on my own, but with the added benefit of having support while on holiday.

Lauren's friendly and competent approach has completely changed my view on travel planning. Highly recommend her for a stress-free holiday booking experience!

Our flight centre rep, Lauren Jackson made booking our trip an easier experience given we hadn't been overseas in a long time. Lauren was easy to talk to and was knowledgeable on where we were going, and had plenty of great tips! Lauren checked on us while we were away and kept us informed with delays and changes. Been trying to get in touch with any member from this store. No luck for over a week with emails/hours on hold.

I have been trying to get a hold of a representative from this store for months via email and telephone, absolutely no response. Had a FC representative from the Emergency team provide email details for the Team Leader and still no response.

How unfortunate that families literally spend thousands to book these holidays with absolutely no support or contact from those whose job it is to do so.

Do better Flight Centre.

The glass windows were clean and friendly. Could see myself smiling until realised it was closed.

Very poor service, no responses to emails or text. Responses to emails and text are required specially when you are overseas when Flight Centre booked the holiday in the first place

Yesterday I booked my flight to Zurich to visit my fiancé which I was trying to visit her during the last 18 months buy could not due to the lockdowns and border closures. Andrew was very helpful with organising the booking. When I released the mistake I made on the dates. I was able to make the change on the dates with no rebooking fee.

Very happy with the customer service I received by Snow Yu at Flight Centre Camberwell. She helped me with my Thailand booking and made sure I've got all the paperwork needed for it as well (because it's a jungle of paperwork to go through thanks to Covid). I definitely don't feel as anxious anymore with my booking and she's been answering every question that I've had. I wasn't able to go there in person due to work, so all communication has been efficiently via email. Can highly recommend!:)

You cannot go past the service Emily from Camberwell provided for our travel plans.
I was looking for an experience to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and she planned it to perfection. Great knowledge of areas we wanted to go made it an easy hassle free way to arrange a holiday.
As we are stopping in Dubai on the way home I mentioned to Emily I did not know a lot about things to do there, well over the weekend she sent through great suggestions and fantastic ideas of what to do and see and do, truly amazing service.
I normally do my own organisation and bookings but not anymore.
Thanks to flight Centre for employing staff that go the extra mile.

Takes the grunt work out of booking a holiday but they will do their utmost to sell their insurances.even if you decline

Very poor customer service. No passion, no enthusiasm, just take your money and thats it. Emma Campbell was no help at all, just palming off our emails for someone else to deal with.

This is now the second issue in ONE YEAR I have had with the Flight Centre Group with their unprofessionalism and laziness towards both my trips.

Do not recommend at all.
