Flight Centre Barkly Square

Good, helpful staff, but EXTREMELY busy on the weekends - don't bother unless you have an appointment.

As a first time overseas traveler you could imagine id be nervous, lost and with no real direction or idea on how to go about booking an overseas trip so i popped into flight centre barkly square which is where i came across a real life magician, Jacqueline was free at the time and asked as expected how she could help and with no idea what to say or even where to go i shot out a list of things to go by and within a few minutes i had books and hotels etc in front of me and a surplus of personal travel experience and knowledge before me, not only has she made this a simple and exciting trip to plan but she has gone above and beyond to help with flights regarding my children to visit me and went out of her way to find a common interest and make myself not feel embarrassed being 36 and having not travelled before. I could write a book about how fantastic not only flight centre is but how amazing Jacqueline has been and continues to be in regards to my upcoming holiday and i wont go anywhere else in this world without entrusting her to take care of it for me. A 5 star rating is nowhere near enough.

Went in to book a cheap flight OS return.already seen the prices so was aware.was shocked at all % markups on everything.travel insurances, visas.when checked online for prices at barkly st square flight centre were considerable more expensive for each thing.flight centre basic travel insurance $400, sta comprehensive travel insurance same amount of time $165.same with everything else.i went to sta travel the next day & booked similar flight with travel insurance, visa etc for nearly %50 less.for $2100 instead of $3300.
