TERRIBLE service from MATT RUNDLE at FLIGHT CENTRE, Barkly Square. The captains package is an absolute waste of money! Do not use MATT RUNDLE to book your flight. He doesn’t reply to important emails. Does not communicate when needed. And did not live up to his promise that he can communicate with me through wats app to alter flight information as using my aus phone provider isn’t cost effective over long periods.
Very disappointed with Matt Rundle and Barkly square flight centre. Did not live up to there expectation.

Is it acceptable for the staff to refuse to provide any assistance because the time I attended was 25min before they close?
They are not helpful, i have gift card and they are working with appointment. Noone inside. I told them i already choose my flight day and flight just buy. She told me their appointment is full. Nice thanks how can i spend my gift card no online no office no phone call. It s awful experience
Very unhelpful staff.called in person I was promised by the travel consultant that she would call me back the next day, didn't hear from her. Called them back next week and again they could not talk to discuss my travel plans and promised me that someone would get back to me. Didn't have the courtesy to hear from anyone. Called them again one more time to remind them that no one had called me back and again I was told by the person, who answered my call that she was with the customer and therefore, couldn't talk to me, yet again she took my details and never heard from them.
Before Covad-19 the staff, going back 3 years, were very customer friendly, and helpful, looks theree has been attrition of the old staff. Because of my loyalty and previous good experience with Flight Centre, I finally called Flight Centre High Point, the staff there are exteremely helpful, friendly, no excuses. Brittany just entertained my call very first time to discuss my travel plans and right through the course of my booking (when Brittany was unavilable) every time I called the other staff were welcoming and assisted me with the queries and passed on messages to the travel consultant handling my booking. They not only return phone calls, but follow it up with email to set the time to call them back. It is a shame that whilst being a local resident of Brunswick, i had to offer my custom to another Flight Centre, which is further from the Centre here.

Enquired about some flights and greeted by a disinterested travel agent, said she could only do what I can find myself online. Wasn’t interested which is disappointing as I’ve had good experiences with flight centre in the past.

I recently purchased a plane ticket. Due to current circumstances and uncertainty of flights, I have found the staff there have been excellent in passing on the current flight information as airlines change their flight schedules. They have been very professional and supportive in corresponding to me when the changes come in. Naturally, times are very uncertain and what used to be a holiday and something to look forward to has changed dramatically. Thank you Gemma and Ben for your commitment to the travel indudtry. Good luck with your continuing roles as flight consultants in the travel industry in challeging times.

Worst travel agents. Lost $500 because our agent didn't check our passports, and when following up with higher management we were told "It's not your travel agent's job to check your passport" lol. NEVER AGAIN. BOYCOTT FLIGHT CENTRE.
I honestly can not recommend Jena at Barkly Square enough, Her customer service is nothing short of spectacular! She really knows how to go above and beyond for her customers, She delivers in her promised time frames and always had my back / Kept me up to date if there was something I should know.
I will continue to follow Jena just as I have from other Flight Centre stores. I cant wait to book my next set of trips with her.

I really would like to recommend Lorie. She is great and really helpfull. She prepared my last minute trip with everything i ask for and she was always avaiable for chances. I will definitely come back.
Booked a holiday with Flight centre all was good untill we arrived at our change over airport, Flight centre was given the wrong information to were the hotel was, but a email to flight centre and all was fixed and they gave us a travel voucher and reimbursed the hotel cost, excellent customer service
Never go back thr again. Try somewhere else or try.you might have luck in receiving professional help. Seems strange the extra costs and how it's done.
I had an experience with a staff member a few months ago, I wanted to go to New Zealand for a weekend. She said that it would cost $600 to get over there for just flights, with flights leaving at 6am both ways, 3 weeks before I left. The next day I went onto the Flight Centre website and found better flights leaving at 10 am in Melbourne and 4 pm from New Zealand, and for $250 cheaper.
A wonderful staff who gave me advice on taking an extra bag to Hobart so I can return with some things I love and is only available in Tassie and I definitely recommend booking with flight centre at Barkley square I will for my future trips as they are very helpful and hard working in getting u a good deal
Cory helped me book some flights and accomodation for my conference in Adelaide. He was professional and always willing to help get the best value for money. I'd highly recommend him to anyone wanting an experienced travel agent.
