We are experienced domestic travellers, but not so much international - Emilia provided excellent customer service and outstanding communication organising and booking our trip to Europe in 2019. Because of her knowledge and support, we travelled with low stress and high confidence. Megan was fantastic to deal with. She listened to our (very specific) requirements and only offered holiday packages that suited our needs and budget. Everything was arranged over email with a phone call to finalise payment at the end. Megan also found a payment option which suited us and helped organise it.
