The team at FC Williamstown are all super friendly and helpful. I took my sister in to book her trip to Europe and had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Emin. What a delight he is! It's clear as to why he is the manager of the office as he went above and beyond and answered all of our questions. Such a knowledgeable fella! I will never book anywhere else and will recommend all my friends and family to visit the store for all their holiday needs.
Organised my recent trip to Sri Lanka through this shop. Got great advice on the tour we went with which was amazing. They even organised a free night for me in a 5 star hotel in Abu Dhabi on my way home, because of some arrangement with the airline. Emin the manager knew his stuff. Would book here again
Refused to book in a flight that was available so that they did not have to price match. I had to book the flight "that was not available" online. Absolutly unethical treatment of customers. Will escalate this with consumer affairs.
