I have recently booked a trip with Chantelle, and she was extremely thorough, presented all my options and worked with me to figure out what would make for the best holiday. 10/10 experience!

Big shoutout to Chantelle at Flight Centre! She totally saved my sanity while planning my Europe trip. I had no clue where to start, but she nailed it with some awesome suggestions. Super grateful for her help – highly recommend!

Booked my most recent international trip with Austin, everything ran super smoothly even when there was an unexpected cancellation on a transport booking that was made he was able to quickly find an alternative option for us without any delays or worries. Very informative and attentive to details and very helpful every time I came in with a mountain of questions and queries

Chantelle and Austin have both helped me book flights to and from QLD multiple times. They always make it such a seamless service, remind me to get travel insurance, and make sure that my toddler is always looked after/considered in our booking! Very appreciative for their support with booking holidays!

Brooke Hales helped me prepare a trip a couple of weels ago. She was organised, polite, caring and fun to work with! Unfortunately due to personal reason I had to cancel it all however Brooke was super supportive and understanding about my situation. 10/10 would reccomend her and would love to work with her again! The worst experience ever. The staff member there (won’t mention names) sent me wrong flights that I hastily accepted. She thought 22.00 was 8pm.
Put my family with 2 young’s kids on midnight flights arriving at 6am and evening flights departing at midnight.

The internet ended up knowing more than this individual and I was able to secure better and cheaper flights by going to the internet. It cost me $800 to cancel these flights.

No experience, and shocking flights and expensive.

Terrible experience with travel agent Lara. Extremely unresponsive and zero communication, causing anxiety for my trip. Avoid at all costs!

While appointments were readily available, not too impressed with the overall service. It felt like I was under pressure and being judged, or being talked down to for being a first-time traveller. Pretty much got told that rescheduling / cancelling flights was not an option unless we wanted to lose a large amount of money. Further research indicated that many airlines charge a reasonable fee to make changes, which we are happy to do. The staff member did explore many options for us though, which was appreciated. Overall though it felt more like pushing for a sale rather than genuine interest to help us explore the world. The atmosphere in the actual shop was pleasant, very clean, very organised.

Thanks Sophie for making my recent trip back to Ireland so easy, she only contacted me when she had resolved problems with cancelled flights etc. I had a great holiday.

Booked my flights to America with Austin. He was absolutely amazing and catered to my every need!

Recently booked flights to the U. S.through the Williamstown (Victoria) office of Flightcentre.
Caitlin Wright was the person that was my contact.
Items regarding seating requests and important information about change of flights not provided.
Emails sent with no reply.
Eventually spoke to her manager Austin.
Questioned him about this.only to get the brush off.no accountability.
I suggest to those intending to travel to try another provider.

Millions spent on promoting “Flight-centre” to the world.
I suggest you spend it on staff training.

Called for info on international flights and packages and spoke with Melissa. I was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism.
I will certainly be contacting Melissa to finalize my holiday.

Just the "run of the mill" travel agency, staff seem fairly inexperienced and unimaginative. However if you're looking to go somewhere other than "webjet" perhaps this may suit.

We have booked multiple trips with Austin now and it is always such a quick and easy process. He is professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Especially with varying restrictions and requirements for travel, it leaves you with confidence knowing that someone has checked all the ins and outs for you and it will be a smooth trip.
