Flexi robes were great to deal with. Recommend going to the showroom to see the examples on display. Rosa came to our house and was great in designing our 3 Walk in robes and 1 robe.

During the lockdown Haylee was in contact and let us know of the impacts and rescheduling our install dates.

Very happy with the installation and the installers did a great job.

We had the guys from flexirobe in our apartment today. They were very respectful and were incredibly efficient in what they did. The wardrobes and the bookcase
look fantastic. All in all it was a good experience for us and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say that the installer Matt was very professional, particular in what he had to do and did so in the timeframe he was allocated, and included us in where we wanted the door handle etc.
Noel the designer (was recommended by a friend) was professional knew what we wanted, he included my mother into the conversations as it was her room, gave us some suggestions to think about, answered all of our questions via email and was happy to come back again to clarify, he also put us in contact with a painter who paints wardrobes, etc. No photos yet as I am awaiting on my doors to be returned and hunged

Service has been fantastic from start to finish. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly to deal with. Love my new wardrobe, highly recommend.

Flexi robes are fantastic, this is my 2nd review of this company over the last couple of weeks, and like the last review I’m thrilled with the work they have completed. Damien started to build my bookshelf and Ads finished it. It is amazing, the level of pride they take in their job is fantastic. Damien and Ads are friendly, helpful and do a great job, I would have them back at anytime to do any work. Once again Noel designed the bookshelf and as with the robes also did an amazing job.

Had wardrobes designed and installed. The entire process from quote to installation was smooth. Ads installed the wardrobes and involved us in decisions on the day and the workmanship was excellent. Very happy with the end result.

Just had a new walk in robe installed - really happy with the whole process and love finally having a functional wardrobe. Noel did a great job with design, really listening to what we needed and Paul did wonders installing the wardrobe in a tight space with wonky walls!

Out of all the trades we've worked with while building our new house, Flexi Robes has been far the easiest and most professional to deal with. I wanted to replace my dressing table With simple floor to ceiling cupboard/shelving for sometime and contacted Flexirobes to look into doing this after they had fitted out my WIR a couple of years ago which I was happy with.

The lady who came out to quote - Rosa G is an absolute star! Professional, friendly, detailed, she was always available to answer queries that I had before deciding on the final design And truly, it is thanks to her that the unit is this beautiful.
What I had originally pictured was just some cheap storage but her little ideas and suggestions Along the way turned this into an elegant unit that I am actually proud and excited to use and show people. I don’t Think calling her a sales woman is even appropriate, she is truly a designer and in the best possible way.

All of the improvements I went with came about completely organically from our conversations, rather than her simply pushing a pricier option.
She genuinely wanted me to LOVE the final product and I do!

I was so happy with her service that I started to get worried that the unit itself wouldn’t live up to my expectations! But I needn’t have worried as the installation went to plan and it turned out so much better than I even imagined.
Definitely need to also mention the installer, Matt. Absolute sweetheart, professional, friendly and helpful. Always on time. Every time I happened to walk past my room whilst he was working I could see the care and attention he was paying to the job. He was still working when I had to leave for school pickup and I left him in my house alone for almost an hour. I don’t normally feel comfortable doing this with anyone but had no issues trusting Matt. Super happy with his work.

All of the staff i dealt with along the way are really lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know!

I will probably need matching bedside tables and will be calling FR and asking for Rosa without a second thought. Thank you so much!

Very happy with our built in robe from Flexi Robes. Noel was very responsive and helpful with our robe design and Damien did a great job with the installation. We would certainly use Flexi Robes again and recommend them to others.

The mirrors on my wardrobes were severely blemished. Flexirobes took the doors back but when they returned them they had forgotten the handles. Seriously unprofessional and inconsiderate of a customer's time. I cannot recommend this company as their quality checking is non existent.

Big thanks to Damien, Matt and Goran for the fantastic work today. Couldn't be happier with the finished product and the level of professionalism and teamwork was unreal. I probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with so I take my hat off to Rosa for her hard work and perseverance as well. Will definitely recommend flexirobes to others.

Very happy with my experience with this company.
Simone came out and provided solutions for our walk in robe. She then promptly sent the quote by email. She really knew how to get the best out of a small area.
Then a few weeks later installation was booked in and Ads came to do that. He was great - professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and the finish was fantastic. I had thought about buying something from Ikea to fill the space but I am so very glad I didn't - this is a far better solution and reasonably priced too. I'd highly recommend and would use again.

Just had Adnan install new robes inserts into three bedrooms. Ads is a very careful, capable and professional tradesman. Ads alerted us to potential problems and was quick to offer solutions. A great representative or your company.

Alan, the sales rep, arrived promptly to quote. He measured, discussed, had a cup of coffee with us and gave us a quote on the spot. Impressive right there!
Carly and the head office team promptly arranged an install date about a month later.
Paul, a semi-retired carpenter contractor, arrived on time and the install was thorough, taking about 4 hours. We were impressed that he checked in with us at critical points to ensure we were happy with the exact position of the fixed wardrobe elements before he screwed it all into place. He had the experience and flexibility to be able to nudge shelves a few inches either way as we saw fit. Left the place tidy.
Ours was a small WIR job in a difficult, very confined space and the whole team did a great job at a very reasonable price. Happy to recommend flexi-robes and would use them again in a heartbeat. Well done, guys.

Having recently had Flexi Robes install 3 x mirrored doors and full fit out of a wardobe including towers and rails, I am very happy with their service. Flexi robes were able to deliver ahead of time, bringing forward the agreed installation date by 2 weeks. The installer, Sri did a fantastic and thorough job. He took the time to understand the presence of any nearby services in the walls prior to fixing cabinetry and ensured we were happy with the end product before leaving. Flexi robes exceeded my expectations and I would happily recommend to friends or family!
