The entire experience with Flexi Robes was great. I am so happy with my new bedroom wardrobe and laundry cabinets. The initial customer service from Amy was so friendly and inviting and the advice from Tony as to the configuration, to accommodate my requirements, was perfect. Paul and Matt did a brilliant job of installation, I couldn’t be happier.

We had our walk in robe fitted out. Tony and Sri were amazing. Tony came to measure and Sri had done the installation. Quality of work and service was outstanding. They are also very competitively priced. Highly recommend.

I had Flexirobes install two BIRs and a large wall unit for the lounge. Quality and attention to detail was excellent. Paul installed the robes and Sri was superb in his work. I was impressed that he has worked for Flexirobes for 10 years. Tony was also reliable and accurate in his sales and measure ups.

We recently had built-in robes installed in our master bedroom, and are really pleased with the result. Tony was knowledgeable and easy to chat to when he arrived to measure up and quote, and Adnan did a great job of installing the robes. The company was responsive and easy to deal with and I would certainly recommend them.

This is the second time we've chosen Flexi Robes as our experience was great the first time. This second time I'm happy to say is no different, probably exceeded expectations from a customer service perspective. Excellent communication and patience through the design from Rosa Gozzo; Fast, clean and no fuss installation of 3 wardrobes by the very experienced (over 13 years with Flexi Robes) Sri Kumar; and a big honourable mention to Amy Turrisi for her patience and understanding with my constant rescheduling over other trades during our lengthy renovation.
The finished product is exactly as designed and ordered which is a testament to the team, getting all the design work documented clearly and setting expectations upfront so that there were no surprises on the day.

Very, very happy with the entire process. Had two other quotes – one guy didn't want to come and measure so guessed the price, the other promised the world but never got back to me. Flexirobes were so professional. Rosa came and measured for the quote, talked us through our options, explained what was possible and how it could be done, and solved all our problems. Her attention to detail was fantastic. Deposit and invoicing were straightforward and the price was competitive. Great customer service throughout the booking and payment procedures. Rosa my consultant from Flexirobes was great with alot of fantastic ideas and knowing what will and wont work in a tight space. Tex the installer was also great and did a fabulous job - very happy with the outcome and everything was left very clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier!

Thanks to Noel who reworked the design a couple of times and explained why certain requests couldn't be undertaken. These all made complete sense once I understood the dimensions required. Once design confirmed an installation date was booked much sooner than anticipated. Sri came and performed a beautiful job installing in a room with unsquare floor and walls to make the wardrobe even. It looks amazing and extremely happy with the service and staff who delivered it
