Flex Studios Ascot Vale

I enjoy going to the Bikram Yoga Studio at Ascot Vale. All the yoga teachers are fantastic and friendly.

This studio has great atmosphere with friendly staff! The hot Pilates class is my favourite, highly recommend going down for a class!

Absolutely love Sharon's Bikram Yoga classes! Highly intense and she encourages me when I am doing well and fixes my poses. Feel amazing after the Bikram Yoga class.

Also must check out Georgina's Hot Pilates class. Its difficult but so worth it when you leave the class feeling like you already have abs!

Welcoming and beginner friendly yoga/pilates. Love the heated classes and gradually recruiting my friends!

Georgina's Hot Pilates classes are amazing! I can't recommend them enough. She mixes up the moves for every class and somehow manages to always push & make you work harder without you even realising - it's the best!

I have been going to the studio on and off for nearly 9 years now! It is a lovely friendly studio that is welcoming and doesn’t take itself too seriously. Also love the range of classes on offer!

I love the classes at Bikrim Hot Yoga Ascot Vale! They offer various classes that have really improved my flexibility, fitness and technique. The sessions also fit in with my shift work! All the instructors provide great sessions and make you feel welcome! Cannot recommend them enough!
