Sold at auction despite market collapsing. We've recently lost our Mum, and needed to arrange the sale of her home.

Now my Mum always raved about another agent, who has since left the market (since I was living in the area about 16 years ago). We rocked up to Fletchers and we're lucky enough to meet Stefan. He literally had 5 minutes, but he helped us more than we could expect.

We got Mum's place on the market, and our lovely RBA raised rates. The market literally collapsed - there was hardly anyone even for inspections.

Stefan kept marching on.

We still had the auction and got one bid. Stefan wanted more for us. I was worried we'd push the potential buyer away. Stefan somehow got almost 10% more than the first bid for us.

I've been involved in just on 20 property transactions in my life. There is only one before that I would say went smoothly, but even that was nothing compared to dealing with Stefan. For us, he did everything, and there is absolutely nothing we can fault whatsoever. Everything Stefan said he would do was done, and flawlessly.

Very slowly and inefficiently. I have been chasing up the rental letter for more than one week and still not received. I will not choose them to sell my property in the future! I even think of not going ahead the purchase offer because their inefficiency, which makes me really unhappy. The only document we are waiting for to finalise my finance is the rental letter. I don’t know why it takes so long….
