If you want milk this is not place for you. A regularly rotating tap list of new brews all made on site and an excellent core range of IPAs. Genuinely great staff who welcome one and all.

I love the vibe and atmosphere! The bar staff were super friendly, helpful and amazing. They really went above and beyond to be welcoming and gave great suggestions and had great chat in general. I really like the cucumber gose. Definitely recommend!

Awesome brews and amazing staff. They went over above and beyond for us. They also got a battery to replace one that had run flat for an insulin pump for one of us. Sensational!

I haven’t been back for a while but heading back soon since I had such a great experience here. The service is amazing and the team behind the project like Tom are just all round lovely people to deal with. Pizzas next door are great too but the service is variable.

The staff were super friendly and the ciders tasted amazing. Staff also provided help when my phone decided to stop working. Lol, talk about complete service!

Had an absolutely awesome time at the Incubator the other night with my team. The venue is open and welcoming, the food was delightful (from neighboring Red Sparrow Pizza), and the IPAs were foreseeably fruity and fresh. My personal favorite was the Recliner, though the classic Fixation was suspiciously easy to down.

Fergal and the guys were welcoming and knowledgeable. They very obviously knew their stuff. The IPA 101 masterclass we were treated to accompanied the brews fittingly.

Can't wait to return.

Good IPAs. The vibe was ok, just a felt a bit cold and cookie-cutter for a craft-independent brewery. But then again- you’re there for the beers and not ambiance! They were tasty and complex. Pizza could be ordered from the shop next door and brought in.

The best place to get Indian Pale Ale in whole Australia!
The bartenders were so nice (one with long hair and a girl with a nice hair cut, I love it) and they told me some places I should visit while my stay in Melbourne which turned out great.
As I'm bad at making decision they helped me out as I could tried some of their fancy pales. I had the kiwi sour pale Ale for 7 dollars and it was astounding! If you're into special beer you definitely have to try this one.
To sum up I can definitely recommend this place as the bartenders are super cute and the beer was tasteful as well.

Love this place the service and the bevvies are second to none. Goes without saying that the place is a vibe. The Session IPA is a must for a cheeky weekend treat with pals and their diversity of brews on tap must be seen to be believed. Funky little setting in the heart of Collingwood - get amongst it

If you like hops or craft beer in general, come here. You have to love a brewery that focuses on IPA. These guys are passionate about what they do and it shows. Delicious!

Best IPAs we’ve had in all of Australia and New Zealand. They have many to select from, and all are outstanding, but the triple was exceptional

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and being from the states was very impressed by their IPAs. Highly recommend getting a tasting board so you can decide for yourself 86 & the fix were my faves.

Nice beers! Place is really nice as well. You can also order pizza from a place close by and they bring it to you. The pizza was great as well. They have no outdoor seating.

Great place for hops and haze. NE style beers similar to the Treehouse and the Alchemist. This was our favorite Melbourne brewery. We stopped by twice in the three days we were in town.
