My first visit to Mick was due to a scary issue with my vehicle where the engine intermittently revved to 2-3 thousand rpm without touching the throttle.
I left the vehicle with him to diagnose and later in the afternoon I got a call with the issue being solved. He also rectified other issues apparent to his expertise and informed me other minor issues that will need attention to avoid unnecessary breakdown.
His fee was more than reasonable under the circumstances and I felt reassured my vehicle is in good hands.
Consequently he has easily won a happy customer with me.

This is the best mechanic in Melbourne! No joke! They fixed a horrific water leak in my car & saved it’s life for cheap as chips! Mick is so kind and caring. Absolute legends!

I would add 1 more star if I could, Mick has done a terrific job on my old renault megane, the car is driving so much better, very knowlegeable mechanic and very friendly & kind person. Was lucky to be introduced to Mick when I first moved to Melbourne 20 yrs ago. He has done all my mechanical work since. He is thorough and good at actual fault finding. This being the case he' s not bargain basement but always good value. My wife was slow to appreciate this as was enamoured by cap priced services from a major car manufacturer. But when issues that required more than changing oil and filters popped up. After multiple wasted visits to the manufacturer service centre. It was Mick who finally found and fixed the problem. My wife admitting the car was best it had been for a couple of years. Just good old fashioned honest customer service and proper mechanical work not just "technicians" hoping the computer will tell them the problem
