I have had my phone & iPad repaired on many occasions.
They are friendly, helpful, efficient and very reasonable.

They deserve their 5 star rating.i had my battery port fixed & a new screen protector for $10.steve is also an absolute weapon.

I needed a battery replacement for an older Vivo Y69 (2017) so understandable they no longer have batteries on stock but once you bring yours (I ordered the battery overseas), they are happy to do the service for you for standard $49 in 45mins.

Friendly staff, great expertise, no scratches, and my phone is good as new for the next 2 years again. It would really just depend on the battery I bought but the service of FixAPhone is excellent.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help with any phone issues you may have. I called in with a broken charger cable a while ago and they replaced it straight away and it's now charging better than it did with the old one before it was broken. I called in today for some advice and he was happy to give it and help me with some general phone problems I'd been having while I was there. I highly recommend them!

Super friendly and fast service at prices that will genuinely shock (as in: they're far lower than you'd expect). Can't recommend them highly enough.

Went in to buy a screen protector for my S20 expecting to pay $39 - $49 as per typical JB Hi Fi prices and then have to install it myself.nope - $24.95 and it was fitted for me in no time.

Absolute legends! Thought my phone was completely gone after falling in the pool and they saved it in an hour. Dropped my phone again after and he fixed the screen really quickly and professionally.

Reviews are fake, notice all the 1 review accounts? They use cheap materials; they are just as dodgy as any other phone repair place. Beware.

Super fast turn around on my new battery.
Guys we’re very helpful and explained everything to me that I asked about.
$70 give or take is super cheap for a new battery as well.

Awesome service, my phone had charging issues, was advised to leave the phone with them but was offered a spare phone to use in the mean time for free which is so thoughtful, plus was not charged for the fix may be a minor issue, overall an experience worth acknowledging, highly recommend these guys!

Excellent Service, Good Value
The staff were very friendly, reviewed the entire workings on the phone and kept us informed with timely calls of what was wrong with the phone and fixed the screen within 2 hours.
They only use Apple approved screens and offer a 90 warranty.

Good service. Screen looks brand new. No discolouration. Had a bit of a hiccup as the half of the touch screen didn’t work upon pick up but booked me back in straight away and fixed it. Also threw in a free glass screen protector.

There is no other place to take your phone to get fixed other than Fix-a-phone.they are simply the best! They are professional and wonderful to deal with!

I would highly reccomend this place. I was quoted from various other phone shops upwards of $280.00 to extract the data from my phone but they did it for only $80.00. They were super helpful and did a wonderful job
