Went in at the end of the day to enquire about a battery change for my iPhone 11.
Chris was on point about the batteries, had stock and said he could do it in half an hour! I didn’t expect such a quick turn around with no booking. Handed my phone over, did some supermarket shopping, went back and it was done. He tested it in front of me and only handed it back when he was happy. New battery is a god send, I forgot how good it was when the phone was new.
That bloke is an asset, or maybe he owns. Either way, I like nice surprises like this shop. Efficient, good batteries and hospitable.

I really thought my samsung phone was destroyed beyond repair, instead of paying big bux for another i dropped it off at fix a phone (Balaclavia) to see what they could do and i have to say it was the best decision i could of made. Honest about the repair time (ordering parts etc) and they do consider yor circumstances when quoting repair costs, i couldnt of been happier wen picking up my phone, it looked and felt brand new plus a 50 bux discount on there standard repair fee i recommend anybody to check them out before throwing your damaged phone away you wont be sorry cheers.

Fixaphone was a life (phone) saver. My iPhone had totally s#*+ it’s self. He spent ages replacing screen charging port battery in fact I think nearly every part and screw lol after doing straight away for over an hour my phone was working perfectly again again with a very reasonable price. Don’t hesitate to use this service!

Have bought several different phones here and they've just been so wonderful everytime. Have mainly had problems with screens and charging ports. I read some horror reviews about other stores and honestly the amount of 5 star reviews here I almost thought they were buying their reviews. But they are really just so good. Well I tried to fit new battery in iPhone and broke cables, lost bits so all said a stuff up. The nice tech fixed it all at a for a very fair price. I will definitely be using him for all phone problems in future.

Absolutely AMAZING. It was such a pleasure to deal with Fixaphone in Balaclava. Everything online suggested my phone was destined for the scrapheap. I popped in by chance to get a proper opinion. The staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. Nothing is too big or small. Everyone is welcome. My phone repaired at the cheapest quote I could find in Melbourne and was completed in under an hour. If the holy trinity of friendliness, quality and value are important to you then this is absolutely one place I would go out of my way to use as you willnot find a better repair centre anywhere else. And lastly, I was going through a very difficult time and it would have been very easy for a phone repair shop to take advantage of that. I'm so grateful that they have so much integrity and made the experience so positive. If you invest in expensive items, then do yourself a favour and drop in to see the team as they also have a good range of items to protect your investment.

I'll start by saying the staff were very nice, and the work was prompt as well as reasonably cheap. I had my phone screen replaced last year and was fairly happy with it. However over time I realised the new screen was far less responsive, and eventually had to get it replaced again. My new replacement was done elsewhere for cheaper, and the screen is much closer to it's original quality. Decent business but definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I have had my phone screen repaired here about a week ago. The screen was cracked and the touch stopped working.
My screen was replaced within just over an hour and is working fine so far.
They have also been very helpful with another query.
They are friendly, helpful and efficient.

Took my phone in figuring the charging port required replacement and happy to pay for same. Technician diagnosed it just needed cleaning and proceeded to do just that. No charge. Honest, friendly and capable.
