Five Guys reviews
34 The chips are so great crunchy and balanced seasoning, and comes big portion size, small size is able to share with 2 people.
But I ordered the burger with all the way toppings and a hot dog, I feel it’s good burger and hot dog but I could find a lot of options by this price.
But I’ll come again for the chips and milkshakes!
Double cheeseburger is just like McDonald's only 19.50 I'm sure ingredients are better but taste is same. It was very messy to eat, too much sauce. I enjoyed spicy fries and very good portion but it was all carelessly thrown in bag. Overall just over priced imo, chips would go back for
Great food and generous portions of fries. The place is reallly clean and the staff members are helpful and polite. 5 guys, 5 stars!
Was busy as just before Christmas but food was still good and guy serving was great. Not cheap but considering location it’s reasonable.
This famous burger chain is from the USA with only two outlets in all of Australia currently. The menu is simple, you either choose their normal burgers (double patties) or little burgers (single patty) and add the toppings of your liking. You can choose as many or as little as you want. Burger itself is good but definitely not something you can eat everyday due to its steep pricing. I ordered a little burger with small fries and small milkshake and it comes to around $30 - $40. The Cajun fries were much better than the burger in my opinion. It was crispy on the outside and "airy" on the inside.

Honestly don’t get the shade on this place. $15 for a single and $20 for a double is pretty standard in Melbourne, plus it’s free to customise, free drink refills, condiments and the servings are generous.
Loved the Cajun chips here. The burgers are really yummy too. You can top up as much sauce as you need and the service is fantastic. Not cheap but had a very delicious meal.
Love this place. It doesn’t have peanuts (for those who are used the US version) but still really good burgers and shakes
Amazing burger and the special five guys chips with the special seasoning is one of the best. Lots of tables available. No parking space on premises.
Surprised by the negative reviews. It’s fast food, not a high end or speciality burger joint. Superior to Macca’s, HJ’s, KFC or similar American burger franchises.
Solid diner style burger though a bit overpriced but you're paying for the experience more than anything. Would definitely recommend it though.
Good portions (especially the chips). A Little sized chips order is enough to feed a small family.
Five Guys is a famous US burger chain that prides themselves in using fresh quality ingredients and serving up generous portion sizes.
The burgers are pretty expensive here - a classic Cheeseburger will set you back $19 (you do get unlimited free toppings with it) If you’re not too hungry, I recommend getting their Little Cheeseburger ($16) - the only difference is that it comes with 1 patty instead of 2 (it’s still very filling!)
We also tried their famous fries and milkshakes (again, unlimited toppings) which were both really good! Their thick-cut fries are super addictive, especially with their spicy Cajun seasoning!
Whilst the burgers here are indeed pretty delicious, it’s hard to justify the price especially for fast food! The fries are a bit more worth it as they come in huge portions (a small can easily be shared between 2)
The food was delicious! It was one of the best burgers I have ever had which is a big call. The fries are so fresh, crispy and fluffy. The milkshake is thick but the right consistency and the Oreo is amazing. I do understand some concerns about the price but the quality is unbeatable. I would highly recommend Five Guys and I will be back for more.
Love it. Huge tasty burgers, massive serves of great fries and bottomless drinks. Highly recommend.
Only issues were the lack of recycling bins available and the toilets not being fully operational.
Order a take away burger, drove one hour home to find out they missed the Patties on the burger! That’s absolutely ridiculous!
Definitely not a cheap feed, but the quality is there. Fresh and very tasty, good chips. One of the most enjoyable burgers I’ve had in Melbourne.
If you're after a burger, this is the place to go. Your average sized & average quality ingredients. Nothing too special. The burgers are definitely on the more expensive side.
After hearing nothing but bad reviews I went with no expectations and I was blown away with the freshness and quality, the price is stupid expensive but the quality is there
