It's been awesome being here, staff is supportive, trainers are really good and provides great suggestions as per your goal,

Situated right in the CBD in Melbourne Central. Plenty of group classes, and they also run 30 minute functional classes. Platforms, matrix cage and heaps of equipment. Sauna and steam room isn't bad too. Solid gym!

Friendly and helpful people all around, especially the staffs working at the counter. Big variety of machines and stations to have a great workout.

I had lost my bag a few days ago at the gym and i was in panic.when i asked to reception to help me to find my bag out, the gym manager and all the staff helped me very kindly to find my bag, i thought someone stole it! But eventually it was me that i could not remember where i put my bag elsewhere.they found the bag later on.i was so embarrassed.but the staff made me not embarrassed at all

Having a great experience at this gym! Loving the facilities and the personal training programs, they are helping me to achieve all of my goals in the times i want to achieve them by. All the staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. Would definitely recommend over any other gym in Melbourne.

I love those group exercises class in this gym! You have so many choices through out the day. Friendly staff and great equipment. The sales person (I think his name is Jack?) who signed me up explained everything very clear to me. Price is a little bit higher than small gyms but you will have the best experience ever! Recommended.

It's been terrible every time I had to deal with them. Membership terms are very misleading.

I phoned their head office to cancel my membership six month prior to ask them to not renew my contract when it expires. However, they continued charging my account even after the contract expiry date. Apparently the girl never actioned the cancellation and left no notes about my request.

Fantastic location, so close to train station and shopping centre. Clean facilities with everything you need to have a great workout

The atmosphere in this gym is exactly what you expect - fun, vibrant, energetic and everyone is always thriving for results. The staff members are helpful and easy to approach. The selection of trainers is large and each trainer offers a unique style of coaching. There are over 70 group fitness classes a week! The gym is in the CBD and offers 2hours of free parking - love it.

Melbourne Central Fitness First, they have the equipment and lucky enough two boxing bags which allows members who are either mua thai boxers or other martial art trainers to get the chance to train their moves and kicks. I believe other Fitness First gyms should acquire boxing bags so that it gives others who wants to join a better training capability.

Overall, it is up to my standard because they are almost ideal to the other Fitness First Gyms in Thailand and Singapore.

Unreal gym with heaps of equipment and awesome staff. Always there to help or offer advice if you need it.

I went to this gym for over a year, but had to change because of my location. Although perhaps slightly more expensive than other gyms, the services and facilities provide you quality equal to what you pay.

If you can afford it, I would recommend it.

Worst Gym in Melbourne CBD. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Canceled my membership after a month.

As a visiting athlete I was looking for a facility with a good mix of free weights, Smith machines and cardio (stair climber). The gym sustained my needs; it was clean, spacious and user friendly. The trainers where cheerful and knowledgeable. Get in and out when i wanted.

Came to Melbourne for a 5 week internship, this club merely offers a minimum of 3 months with no exceptions.

A $4 fee charged per week to suspend my membership. I've injured myself using your equipment so why should I have to pay this fee? Look elsewhere.

Just tried the gym today with a friend (member). Staffs at counter are friendly enough. Gym equipment are ok, Richmond branch is much better. Went there 2pm so it wasn't too busy. Shower room is fine. Toilet are filthy. Locker 125 need to be cleaned-red wine stain. In general. Ok experience. Not sure I will join or not.

Management is terrible lure people in and pretty much don't give a damn unless you are "friends"
