Very bad service. The lady working there was good and smiling with other guy who was Aussie but she was loud and didn’t even smile. No good

I had a wonderful experience at this fish and chips shop. The chips were crispy on the outside, and the flake was cooked to perfection. The batter was light and crunchy, and the fish was moist and tender. The portions were generous and the service was friendly. I will definitely come back and try something else on the menu.

Been ordering for a awhile and we'll today was absolutely rank. Old chips. This is how repeat business in these times is shown. Lost my business today

Been going to this place for nearly 10 years. Food quality used to match the high price.not anymore lower the price or get the quality back in order.you don't even get a slice of lemon with your fish anymore

STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! Don’t order large chips with other sides they compromise your chips and give you half a tray worth total rip off considering the chips are $10 a tray.what they give is $2.50 from a normal fish and chip shop! You were warned! I’m sick of these people ripping us off!

After not ordering from here in some time we were so happy we did this week. The grilled fish was delicious and deep dried items were spot on. Best fish and chips we have had in years.

Expensive, poor food quality and doesn't taste like a proper fish and chips shop with real batter. Instead the batter is stodgy and tastes frozen.

This is the best fish and chip shop i have been to for many years.the flake was real flake Gummy shark not the fake flake also great choice of fresh fish.the flake was cooked perfect just melted in our mouth.i have been back since and changed my rating the flake was not gummy shark was dry and taste was bad and different staff on.and not friendly.would not go back again the fish was dry and potato cakes not crunchy or cooked long enough maybe i was just lucky the first time I went there now i understand the bad reviews

Bought 3 pieces King George Whiting and a tray of chips which was very expensive. It was dry, thin and the batter, hard and rubbery. Chips, floury and dry.
Silence - no apology when I rang to tell them we couldn't eat it.

Don't care about the food, they discriminated against people at this shop and I won't support it.

Discrimination against people with disabilities who cannot wear a mask. If I could rate zero I would. You aren't allowed to ask for medical certification under the disability act. As clearly stated on DHHS website!

Went to Fish Eyes on Friday just for medium chips. Pricey but very nice and would have given 4 stars.
Went back today for chips and a cheeseburger.
You could tell that the chips were not of the same quality (shape/taste) and there were a few burnt ones in the mix. The burger was just a burger.
Noticed both times that the staff when lining the cardboard boxes they use with paper shape the paper to fit the box with their fingers. Not on.
Go across the road to Westmeadows Fish and Chips for superior quality at about 2/3rds the price.

Always buy my fresh seafood from Fish Eyes. You will be blown away by the difference compared to the bland rubbish sold at supermarkets. The whole prawns and salmon in particular is truly unbelievable.

Ok, good Friday is busy, was told 1 hour for pick up.
Got there and found my order at the bottom of pile.
Told 1/2 hour wait.
Waited 1 hour and found order at bottom of pile again.
Told 1/2 hour and refused to wait.
2 1/2 hours minimum!
Only a sorry, what about my dinner?
Try going to another place at 8.30pm.
You have to be joking.

Was the best fish and chips in Westy, today everything burnt and minimum chips were just that - maccas give you more in there large chips. Very disappointing.

All ways fresh fish& chips. Great service and friendly staff will not hesitate to recommend.

Fish eyes would have to b one of the best fish n chips shop EVA. Iv tried so many on my years but this one takes the cake the ucing the cherry &the candles.their service& their kindness was wot got my attention first then the quality &taste of there food was magnificent, delicious & yummy in my tummy they served me everytime with a smile &greet all there customers with real respect.the service is A1+ the dedication they put into making every customer very happy.so far they make the best by far hamburgers, seafood, flakes &fish souvlaki my favourite.thanks to fish eyes I can enjoy fish and chips.keep up the good work Ur truely champions
