I went to see them about a block in yinnar as there were over a dozon available on their website. However they were all sold months ago and just don't update their site. Even months later the properties are still listed as for sale.

After listing our property, we immediately had a couple of inspections but then we didn't hear anything for months. 3 months passed with no contact at all. Even if nothing is happening, to touch base would be nice. After I initiated contact, funnily enough we suddenly had 2 inspections.
Our agent then went on maternity leave, handing our property over to another agent who she said would be in touch by the end of the week. As expected, this didn't happen. I wondered how another agent would sell our property when 2 of the agents hadn't even been to the house to look at it.
We decided to changed agents & when I revoked our authority to sell, i was asked which agency to send the keys too. Not even asked why the change.
There appeared to be absolutely no interest in selling our house at all. Such a disappointing experience & waste of time.

Sold a couple of properties with First National Latrobe over the past 10 years however for our last property sale we went with a different agency due to the fact the the sales agent sent was completely uninterested in selling the property. Lack of knowledge and research of the local market showed. He under valued by at least 30k and hand over an appraisal folder for our property which consisted of nothing but his business card! Not to mention he failed to cancel the photographer he had booked in which lead to them turning up unexpectedly.

From our first meeting with Stephanie she presented as a vibrant, passionate and caring person. Her knowledge of the market was excellent, the way she explained it to us made it easy to understand.
