Out of everythig when selling a property, "conveyancing" is usually the most difficult, boring & yet scary part! Our experience with First Class Legal was totally the opposite of what we expected from "a bunch of lawyers".
They provided easy to follow info & templates for what is required and when. The electronic tools for reviewing/signing things actually worked, and saved a lot of time - no trips to the Post-Office for I. D.etc.
Their staff must be well selected & trained.all friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The main person we liaised with was Sophia, who was outstanding! She knew the job inside out, and was happy to take calls, explain things & helped us "navigate" through the process.
There's so many steps to make this all happen, we suspect it could rarely happen 100% as it should. However Sophia genuinely helped keep everything on track, kept us informed and was fantastic to deal with!
We have another property that needs to be sold in the near future, and we will absolutely be using these guys again.
