I recently engaged First Class Legal to handle a conveyancing matter during Melbourne's lockdown. First Class legal operate by using a number of paralegals to handle various parts of the transactions. This will only work when the systems are very good and the staff that operate them are equally good. Because of lockdowns handling all the communications, ID's etc from your desktop also makes it harder.
Despite the difficulties including staff sickness, my conveyancing matter was very successful and settlement went without any dramas.
Thanks to Simone and Billy whose concentrated efforts ensured my matter was performed without difficulty.
