I don't really suggest this company and Sean. At the moment, the factory, I'm working at, has bought a CNC machine and after about 6 months we cannot use it yet. The installation is full of bugs and faults and the machine is not in a proper position to work at all. Also, Sean is not responsive as well.

Highly recommended figtek co2 lasers. I bought one from them months ago. Got everything installed and training provided by them. Still worked out cheaper than elsewhere including installation. Support has been good. Yes Sean wasn't always available on calls but whenever I texted or emailed I always got a reply almost instantly. Quality of the machine is beautiful. Check them out. I have no issues recommending their machines. Anyone here wants to check out the machine is more than welcome to.

We ordered a $20,000 CNC machine.it was 12 weeks late, no communication and when it was delivered damaged, and not working, they blamed us for the issues and have failed to return to get the machine working. We have sighted their delivery policy and asked for a full refund when it was 2 weeks late, and their terms and they lied to us by saying that they had to test the unit. When it arrived 10 weeks later, none of the internal electrical components where connected and we had to employ our own electrician to make it somewhat work. They refused to refund my deposit when it was 2 weeks late and it took another 8 weeks to deliver a damaged machine (yes brand new) that does not work. If you read the feedback for customers of expensive products from Figtek, they are mostly very unsatisfied. The main response is to dismiss the customer as ever being a customer. Sean has a barrel full of excuses but is very short on delivery of a brand new working product. This will end up in court. So if you are interested in legal fees to argue over a $20,000 purchase of a defective and damaged product worth $20,000, I recommend Figtek are the best in the business should your business during these trying times make the grave mistake of using a company like this.our electrician is an "A" grade electrician and the matter has been referred by them to ESV.

What payment are you referring to Sean, as you demanded full payment BEFORE the damaged machine arrived. You have the photos. Don't lie please. It does not fix this.

Had a great experience with Figtek. Couldn't recommend them enough, you won't be disappointed.

I hired a booth for my wedding, it was super easy to schedule a delivery time and set up.

Dealt with Alex and Sean who were both super helpful and responsive with organising everything and getting back to me on any questions queries or concerns I had.

5 stars would give more if I could and would use again in the future.

Excellent price, better than anywhere else! When the screen turned off during the event they sent someone within 20 minutes to restore it. No extra fee and no extra charge to keep the photo booth overnight. Fantastic service highly recommend.

Our guests had a blast they loved the photos. Photobooth was easy to use. Great communication and value for money.

Figtek provided a great service with delivering the photo booth directly to the party venue in plenty of time prior to the start time and in time to give me an overview of how it works, including a couple of tips in case something went wrong. We had the booth for four hours with no problems and it was alot of fun for everyone. I loved handing the printed out photos to everyone as a reminder of the day. They then picked it up on time after the party. I highly recommend Figtek and having a photobooth at your next event for something different and a bit of fun!

Everyone had a great night using the photobooth celebrating my 22nd birthday. We took 1000+ photos it was a great addition to the party. Great delivery and communication. Positive experience, I would recommend and will be using them in the future

Hired a photo booth and it was delivered on time, easy to operate and picked up the next day. Very easy company to deal with too.

Terrible customer service, I had to contact them and confirm details for my wedding and when I did they confirmed a different venue on the other side of the state. They didn’t even tell me that I needed to get my own backdrop although online it said included. The photo booth kept running slow and crashed halfway through the night of my wedding and although I confirmed our names with them numerous times they still spelt it wrong on our photo strips that we managed to get before the booth broke and now are not replying to my emails.

Very disappointed that our photo booth organised for our daughters 30th was cancelled on the day of her party due to previous customer not being home to collect not only one booth but two that had been hired.
Even though Sean was apologetic on the phone i found it quite strange that two booths hired out to the same customer were unavailable and no contact could be made to retrieve them.
Our money was refunded in full but we don't have the result of lots of photos for her to look back on.
My only reason for the one star rating is due to disappointment in providing what i had booked weeks prior and not receiving what i had arranged.
I do hope that this doesn't happen to further customers

I ordered hoodies for my 4x4 club and was impressed with figtek and how much they personally get involved to make sure your happy with your purchase couldn’t be happier with mine and plan on doing future business with them. Thanks guys!

Worst experience one can have with an event company! Only hours before delivery was due on site they cancelled my daughter's photo booth as they did not have back up equipment and had over booked their assets!

Do not trust these people as they are NOT PROFESSIONAL!

The below is false and publication of defamatory material. I recommend that you immediately edit your response to reflect the truth. You cancelled as you did not have the sufficient equipment to cover our event. You never attended our home but cancelled over text and phone while you were at another client's house that you claim 'destroyed your professional printer'.

If you are the party that on Saturday 29 Feb 2020 had FigTek claim that you broke their printer, please contact me.

On March 21 my daughter Hope turned 21.
In a very different world I was so grateful and thankful to have her celebration and Figtek photo booth went out of their way to make sure my daughter received her wish of a photo booth, to help her keepsake of amazing memories.
Fig tik delivered and collected outside its usual times to ensure this happened for my daughter. They were friendly polite and meticulous with their communication. The booth and props were amazing and beyond my expectations and the photos were magical. We were able to capture moments and memories that will mean so much to us.
Thank you for making my daughters 21st an unforgettable evening. I would recommend wholeheartedly that if you need a photo booth Fig tek photo booths are the only way to go, the one stop shop for all you event photo needs

Had a really nice experience and the staff were really helpful in the process. The ordering process was easy, and I was able to upload my own graphic and add to the t-shirt easily. When I sent the final design through, I didn't realise my graphic was of bad quality, but I received an email saying they had fixed it up for me and made sure the printing was correct and of good quality! Above and beyond customer service. The order was dispatched quickly and I received it quicker than expected. The pricing was also really competitive. Overall, really happy with the experience and would purchase from them again.

From the sales process to the delivery of both of our booths, Figtek’s communication and follow up has been excellent. Hence the reason for buying two photo booths within a 12 month period. It’s fantastic to have a product that is locally manufactured with back up and support.

Fantastic service and machine. Hired the Karaoke machine for a hens party and it was an absolute hit. Will definitely be using Figtek again!
