Fifth Element Day Spa

I had the most relaxing time at Fifth Element Day Spa. After a busy work day/week, the head, neck and scalp massage and hair treatment given by Monique was second to none…I felt like I was floating on a cloud and had a noticeable decrease in muscle tension. The whole atmosphere and customer service provided was exceptional- I will definitely be back! Thank you so much to Monique and the whole team for creating such a tranquil experience.

Unfortunately the service provided was disappointing. Service was shorter and less quality than expected. The spa was clean and well maintained, and customer service on front desk was friendly. However, the service received was not according to price, and has lowered standard since business took over.

I have been there a few times now and it is absolutely amazing every time! The ladies are very professional. From facials to massage I leave very happy every time.

I came in to look at some products the other day and i never usually go into any spa's. I was served at reception by Kristy. She was knowledgeable in her products and skin, her customer service and soothing voice was beautiful. You can tell she has a lot of care and passion in what she does and it definitely shows. I liked that she did not push products onto me like some other places do but she was very understanding. I'll be booking in for a facial and go to her for my skin needs.

My first time getting treated here at Fifth Element & I had the Rainforest revival ritual done by the amazing Crystal she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! The body treatment is a must, the smell alone of the products takes you away on a vacation I have booked my next treatment already! Thankyou ladies for a wonderful experience

For such an expensive place they should have really good massage tables. The whole time it was squeaking as I was getting a massage it was so off putting, and on top of that the hole that you put your face in was the most uncomfortable thing ever, ive had many massages and normally find them comfortable but this one was so bad. Wouldn't recommend at all, big waste of money

Edit: I just got a phone call from the owner today saying that two of the workers there said I was being aggressive and threw a towel and threw money at the workers which was the biggest lie! I was respectful when I was there and didn't say or do anything aggressive in the slightest; I didn't even say I wasn't happy with the service to them.i told her if she has cameras she can check them cause there was nothing of the sort. I didn't even pay with cash I paid with a voucher and the remaining on card. She accused me of lying because she said two of her workers couldnt be lying and she asked me to remove the review because I was in the wrong. I can't believe the treatment of this place

I absolutely adore this place! I was recommended 5th element by a friend of mine who is a qualified beauty therapist (so she knows her stuff)
The staff are always friendly and great at their treatments. The treatments are always luxurious and the rooms are stunning.
I don’t know what doonas they use when having a scrub and massage but I want one haha.
Thanks so much Maryanne who was my therapist the last few times. You’re a gem and I love your work.
Highly recommend this spa. I always buy my friends and family vouchers for here.

Amazing experience, I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and this massage was exactly what I needed, calm and soothing.

I received a voucher from my partner and gave it a go. Couldn’t be more happier. Experience was lovely, love their skin care. Just amazing. Thank you so much for lovely pumper. Will come back for sure. I am recommending it to everyone xx

Service was disgusting. Could not provide me with the couples service we booked for and didnt tell us whilst we both felt super uncomfortable waiting for each other in different rooms. The boss called us later on as l put in a complaint and couldnt even apologize and just kept blaming everything else. For the price you pay l deffinantly expect a lot more then what was provided.

This place is good to look at and that’s it. Rooms separated by a sliding door and you can hear every word the staff are saying to other clients. Heard the owner or manager speaking so rude to staff while in waiting area. Wouldn’t recommend, especially for the price

After a stressful time at work a day off and a spa treatment was exactly what I needed. I was not disappointed! A friendly, relaxed environment, staff the clearly love what they do and amazing products. Highly recommende!

Good luck getting an appointment here, twice now I have made an online booking only to be called to advise "their computer has made a mistake and my appointment is not available". Seriously how does this happen when bookings are made 4 weeks apart? I would not even bother trying to book again as I will only be let down once again. What a joke.

Went to Fifth Element today for a massage with Rachael,

As a tradie who is always on the go and a father of two i dont often treat myself to anything like this.

But truthfully a 20 out of 10 job totally worth every penny in fact i believe pretty cheap for the whole service from start to finish can not fault anything.

Great staff from the moment i walked in to the moment i walked out all staff went above and beyond.

After the massage she took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my back and posture and shoulders and even offered some advice of things i could do at home to stretch my back and shoulders.

Clean facility, friendly, quite inside, relaxing music, refreshing drinks just a lovely all round vibe.

Honestly was in no rush to leave will recommend to everyone i know and i will 100% be back.

Loud talking of other clients, room only partitioned with folding doors. Could hear other people's treatments and conversations. Treatment ok but underwhelming for the price. Post treatment product recommendations ridiculous (up to $800+) said I used Estée Lauder and was told that this was only just a step up from Priceline Products and full of "rubbish" (?). Will definitely stick with Endota Spa. Would not recommend.
