The ambience, as soon as you enter you are greeted warmly. You take a seat and immediately relax as herbal teas are offered or a flavoured fresh water and become enveloped with beautiful smells. Your therapist greets you with a warm smile & prepares you to go into your session in a calm manner (never in a rush). Emily has been my current therapist for sometime now (I'm a regular) and my skin is amazing as a result. We can chat easily & comfortably, as well as be silent to totally relax. I walk out feeling fabulous every time. Thank you

Absolute bliss. I had the most relaxing massage. I was able to switch off to everything and indulge in 60 minutes of pleasure. The only problem was it was not long enough.

Being 32 weeks pregnant I decided to treat myself to a pregnancy massage to help my body with the continuous changes and pains. I cannot rate this massage high enough. I felt like I was floating on a cloud the entire time, the therapist was thoughtful and mindful of my pregnancy and very informative. Will deffinetly be squeezing in a second massage before baby arrives.

Waste of money. Highly disappointed with the service.
I booked a relaxation massage for 60 mins, and they only did the massage for 45-47 mins which is so unfair. On complaining, they said the time starts as soon as you enter into the shop. That is a reason they ask everyone to come 10-15 mins early, which was never informed to me. When I complained about it since its their mistake, they were just apologetic without doing anything about it. In fact, I came 5 mins early than my scheduled appointment.
They just wasted my time by asking to fill the form in another lounge room which was just a 2 mins job. The girl came after 10 mins, apparently eating up the massage time.

Also, they are so expensive with the price, which doesn't align with the services at all. I booked a relaxation massage, which wasn't relaxing at all. It was more relaxing for the girl who was doing the massage as there was hardly any pressure applied. I mentioned it specifically to get a firm massage, which wasn't taken care of. The neck massage was the only good part of the entire session.
They didn't even wipe the oil from the body post massage.

I visited this place for the first time and definitely not coming here again. Would recommend everyone to not waste your money by coming here. There are far better massage places.

Thoroughly enjoyed a Couple's Relaxation Massage. All of the staff were perfectly professional while maintaining a friendly approachability. Our masseuses were highly skilled providing a fantastic calming yet rejuvenating experience for us both.

My deep relaxation package was exactly what I needed! It was wonderful to treat myself, and I’m pretty sure I even fell asleep during the facial I was so relaxed! Eliza was the absolute best and for two hours I could lay down in peace without a thought running through my mind. Recommend everyone to treat them self here!

After years of walking past Fifth Element Day Spa, I finally got to go inside. I wasn't disappointed. The spa is beautiful quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The pampering treatments were fabulous. I can't wait for my next visit.
