Highly recommended! Fitted us in just before Easter at very short notice. Our attendant was soooo generous with her time, and offered lots of ideas from years of experience. After a delightful 2 hours and many wonerful dresses, several staff then suggested other places we might find that perfect dress that was "the one"! We did buy elwewhere in the end but wish we had found it at Ferrari. They are fantastic!

The girls here are so helpful and willing to make the process of finding the perfect dress so much easier!

Visited store last weekend 20/1/19 during a very busy sale. Staff were so friendly and helpful despite clearly being run off their feet! With their assistance I found the perfect wedding gown for my shape & height. So excited:) Thank you ladies

Have been here twice now and Naomi has been absolutely wonderful. She has gone out of her way to make our experience enjoyable and she laughs at all of my jokes! I’m not that funny, Naomi is just genuinely really lovely. Highly recommended this store! We have felt very welcomed and it has only made me more excited about the big day! I would just like to share an extremely disgusting experience I had at the store this weekend. I went in to look for a wedding dress and naturally was asking a number of questions in regards to the dress. The sales assistant had no knowledge whatsoever and at times I deliberately asked her questions about the materials used and style to see if she would lie to me and every single time she made up an answer and tried to sell dresses to me based on false information. Once I realised that she had no idea what she was talking about I had wasted a lot of my time and energy getting to the store. I now see another customer has had issues with staff at your store providing false information. This seems to be the acceptable standard at your store. I have a lot of friends who have just become engaged and wedding season is upon us, I will definitely be advising all friends and family to avoid this store at ALL COSTS. STAY CLEAR!

I was sold a defective wedding dress from this store. I was told the dress was on sale as it was being discontinued, not because of a defect. I was also told the dress could be altered in the bust, which a seamstress has since said is incorrect due to the structure of the dress. The store is now refusing to refund me or give me a credit.

I am now $800.00 down with a dress I can’t wear to my wedding. I cannot even describe the stress and upset this has caused me. Avoid this place at all costs, they will tell you anything you want to hear so long as they can make a quick sale off you.

Edit: Re the response below. Management is not assisting me, in fact they have said they will not refund the amount. I can't urge you more highly to avoid this store.

My future husband and his best man came here to have a fitting last month. The sales person Ann ignored their requests and suggestions she was rude and made ME feel like I was a nuisance. Insisted that my husband have a certain size jacket and later at the final fitting the jacket size was changed (different sales lady this time and she was helpful) lucky there was one available. We travelled from Gippsland and it was a disappointing visit and we will not be recommending Ferrari at Narre Warren to anyone.

Great place, staff were friendly and great variety of dresses. Went there to buy mine and also 2 bridesmaid dresses for a good friends wedding which is in June this year. They were helpful to help me with the size and helping the bride too to choose what type of dress. But the dress had my size not everyone else. Only down side was they didn’t help with finding another anywhere else. But went to another 2 stores to finally get the dresses.
Helpful staff but they recommended the wrong size for me. No way I’m walking down the aisle with a dress falling off me lol way to embarrassing haha but overall good

I bought a dress from this store a week ago. I didnt pick the dress off the rack, the woman working there did. When I tried it on at the time, I did not notice that the dress had a few flaws in it.
She was all over me like a rash, before I bought the dress. Could not do enough.
Once I got it home a saw the flaws I took it back the following morning. The woman saw me come in with the dress. She instantly came with the attitude. Didnt want to help whatsoever. She even lied about not having another size 10. A friend of mine went in and checked.
Wouldn't ever recommend that store.
I went to the fountain gate store. The lady there could not do enough. Wasn't even her problem.
Wish I had her name. She was a darling. Sent family members there as we are going fir a wedding.
They all bought dresses there.

Beautiful dresses with TERRIBLE! Sales women, in particular Emma! She didn’t even help my sister with trying the dress on, just left us in the change room by ourselves where as in other stores the sales women clamped the dress so it fit nicely adding accessories as needed. NEVER EVER recommending this store! If you want a Ferrari store go to Dandenong or somewhere else as Emma was extremely rude and very negative and really killed the wedding happiness buzz.
