Asked 2 different staff for help on 2 different days and both were SO extremely rude and did not make me feel like EVER buying from this place! Buying a wedding dress should be a fun experience but this place made it HELL!

Disgusted at the lack of tact and customer service
As we walk into the store, we are looked up and down, and asked for the budget, before our names, the date of the wedding, and what we are looking for.
Mind you, we gave a very reasonable high end budget but, boy were we shocked with the consultant.
She was so arrogant and rude in tone and facial expressions. She walked straight over to a budget area not looking back or chatting or asking anything just dead silent, How did she get a job there? I want availability asap.
She didn't ask us our names and certainly didn't give hers, so I flat out asked her name and then told her ours specifically for her to realize how impersonal and rude she was.
And yep it went over her head.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement how do they even sell dresses?
The narre-warren store was where we went.
Well once a dress was chosen and she saw the opportunity of a sale gosh everything changed, she smile and went to look for other dresses- she couldn't get dresses to us quick enough, Now yes we found a dress we liked, but hey the experience was so sour that I wasn’t dumping my cash there! And just like that we walked out.
Lesson taught? Unlikely
I don't forsee any change in the attitude. Some people will never learn. You're there to sell dresses, you can't do that by ignoring clients, making people in the store, feel like burdens, and trying to rush them out - till you see they are prepared to pay top dollar then you care.
AH Ah no way did I say YES TO THE DRESS>

First day wedding dress shopping.
Went into another shop first and felt like an absolute queen. Had the most amazing lady attend to me and made sure each dress sat perfect.
Came down to Ferrari and the experience was the opposite. I had an appointment however no one attended to me, I had to ask for help. When someone then assisted no passion was shown. I had to ask for it to be pinned and clipped even when it was done it wasn't done properly. The lady said "that will do" I was so overwhelmed I walked out after 5 minutes. I went back to the other shop and was fussed over the moment I walked in.

Visited a few weeks ago and again today, both ladies who i spoke to were awfully rude, cold and blunt.i didn’t feel at home with the way i was being treated and i wasn’t at ease about buying my wedding dress from them.the customer service at Ferrari formal is appalling.i would not advise shopping here for any future brides to be unless you want to be let down and walk away disappointed.

Amazing service! My wedding is in 4 weeks and I was stressed that we wouldn’t arrange the suits in time. The staff were super helpful and efficient and we have everything sorted for the big day. Also helped with purchase of my daughters bridesmaid dress. Couldn’t be happier, thank you

My experience coming into the store 2 or so weeks ago was about average. It was the first time that I was looking and wedding dresses and had no idea what I was wanting, mum and I were so excited to start looking and we probably would of walked out with a dress that day but unfortunately the lady who was serving us, her attitude lowered my whole experience unfortunately. She really just gave me nothing. I came in with no idea and was wanting professional advice and I just felt like I didn’t receive it. The range of dresses was amazing but I was just hoping she would have matched the energy and as this is my big day, I was wanting a little more advice and help with a great attitude.

Booked an appointment but was treated like a walk in. The consultant was so busy putting dresses away she barely looked at me, didnt ask me any questions at all, and I felt like I was just an inconvenience to her.
Glad I went down the road to Leah S before this one- they set the standard of what dress shopping should be and how I should expect to be treated by consultants. Brides to be, you deserve better.

You were so accommodating of my needs, especially with the ever changing Covid issues around weddings. I thank you for assisting me in finding the 'perfect' dress. I'm so happy with the outcome. From the moment we walked in, staff were rude and didn’t even acknowledge us. Very poor customer service felt very uncomfortable, ignored and unwelcome. Would 100% go down to Hallam and look at Leah’s bridal at least the girls are happy, professional and offer assistance. As much as the dresses were beautiful, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Today I had an appointment to look at Wedding dresses and I found my dream dress at a fantastic price, all the staff are so lovely and my mum and I are over the moon, I can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day, the staff definitely deserve way more than 5 stars as they were so lovely, I haven’t stopped smiling all day, wish my wedding was March this year not next year that’s how excited I am with my dream dress. If you or someone you know needs formal wear, for weddings, prom's etc, then Ferrari Formalwear is the place to go.
A vast range of styles, colours and sizes for men and women, and those unsure!
Everything except the underwear is ready and waiting. I was happy enough with the pricing, and you can always go a bit budget if you need to.
I'll recommend them.

It was ok, I feel like the lady didn't get our sense of humour which made it feel awkward. Wasn't exciting for the bride to be, not sure what it was but yeah could be more upbeat and cheerful!

The place was ok. They dont have a toilet you can use so dont drink too much water before going here coz the closest toilet is Maccas and u have to drive there. I think i may have just been a little unlucky on the day, but the lady or young girl i got didnt really know what to do. She didnt clamp my dresses to show me the full effect, she didnt help me in and out of my dresses and only really provided comments on the odd occasion. Maybe she was new/ learning.who knows. But none of us.and there were 7 of us.felt like they had any attention to detail and nor were they very helpful at all.

I didn’t buy a dress from here but I do want to mention that the manager who assisted me in trying on dresses was so wonderful and kind. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!
