Lovely service by man with glasses and beard.didn’t catch his name but he was extremely nice to his customers and cooked us a spectacular meal.definitely will be coming back!

We were looking for something quick & tasty for tea on a Sunday night. This was perfect.
Being in the area for a short visit & probably won't be back again, I would recommend this business for good, hot, tasty chicken & chips.

Excellent customer service and the fresh delicious food. Their kebab and charcoal chicken is to die for. Delicious chicken seasoning. Definitely going back again.

If you want good Hot Chips, go here. I've been coming here since I moved to the area about 10 months ago and they have CONSISTENTLY had the best crispy hot chips everytime. Perfect

The best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted anywhere. Liberally salted and amazingly cooked. I buy one weekly and receive the best customer service from the lovely owners. We are spoilt having this as our local chicken shop.

Hands down the BEST CHIPS we have tried in Melbourne! They are delicious! Their pizza is better than most we have tried and their parmas are very well sized and great quality. Also a big fan of their HSPs and garlic bread. Have yet to try their burgers but im sure they are great too.

I placed a phone order for 1/4 chicken abf chips and was told to pick up in 5 mins. I arrived 15 mins after my order because I knew it wouldn't be done in 5 and waited another 3-5 mins to for someone to acknowledge that I was there. The order hadn't even been started abf the guy said it might take some time. So 20 minutes after placing the order, it had not even been looked at. What an absolute joke this place has become and how far downhill it has gone. Not even an apology for wasting my time. Do yourself a favour and save time, effort and frustration by going somewhere else.

I have been going to this very shop for mega years now and FINALLY. These new owners have nailed it. The most moist chicken i have ever had not to mention the flavours they get in them. Best Chips too.

All i can say is for a Charcoal Chicken shop to run out of Chickens almost everyday clearly that speaks for itself.

Absolutely ripping dimmies and potato cakes.
The chicken salt I'm pretty sure is made in house and the best I've ever tasted.
The HSP's are pretty top notch too.

The food is fine, nothing special, but they've recently almost doubled their price. $20 for a souva, chips and a can! New signage. New prices. New owners?

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever! Ordered chicken n chips, returned it immediately as the chips were the soaked through with oil. I suggested the oil may have not been hot enough when she put the chips on, but obviously the customer can’t be right - she kept arguing with me and trying to justify how they were cooked. I asked for a refund for the difference for the chips, which she did, but couldn’t leave it there and proceeded to give me attitude.
I said I don’t need your attitude, just keep it and refund the lot and she yelled at me to get out of the shop. Awful customer service, I will never be back!
They don’t deserve customers with poor practice and bad service.

New management with really friendly service, but the chips were so oily we couldn't eat them. I thought it might be teething problems with the new business and tried again after waiting a month, but had the same result the second time.

The food is lathered with chicken salt, that being the chips and chicken. The price of the food is horrendous compared to previous owners of the Charcoal Chicken this place is a rip off

I went there when the previous owners were running the show, it is now under new management, very friendly, natural customer service and the food is amazing, the best charcoal chicken in the area for sure, they do kebabs, pizza, and great hsps.
This is a charcoal chicken shop who makes better kebabs than the 24 hour kebab shop up the road!
The price is a little on the higher side, because the new owner seems to be investing in higher quality product.
Love it, love what theyve done with the place, I am now a permanent customer for sure!

Rude behaviour. Rude staff. Not friendly with customers. They are charging extra than their prices and on asking they dealt very rudely

The new owners of this shop are what I'm eating high (previous owners not so much - they were bout a 2.8 star rating), but I brought the "chips, cheese and gravy" and a half chicken, then chicken was amazing cause the skin was delicious and the rice stuffing was delicious and better for me than the normal stuffing these shops tend to do; the owner was really nice and lovely. Would go back again
