Good prices, lovely employees and very tasty food what more could you want from your local charcoal chicken! I highly recommend this place the hsp is my fav. Please come visit it

Pretty disappointed with the new owners, prices and the food
I ask for lamb kebab it's $15 because I ask for cheeses also ask without tomato because I'm allergic. I had few bits to find out my mouth started to swollen up then seeing tomatoes in the kebab and no cheese when I had to pay more for it. I am very disappointed with the service and the person who makes the food should look at the order very serious. Lucky I had my Epinephrine pen in my bag.

The food quality was unreal! Amazing service and delicious food, highly recommend eating here!

Nothing better than their chicken on a Sunday morning and oh my goodness, the chips I don’t think I’ve ever craved chips before, but I constantly find myself craving these ones!
Definitely will be making a few cheeky stops on the way home from work

Catering was great for my partner's birthday. Juicy charcoal chicken, loved their sides too especially the pasta salad & potato & egg. Keep up the good work!

I just found this place recently and it is now my go to favourite for a quick meal. They offer a lot on their menus and the food quality is great. Would absolutely recommend their chips cheese and gravy. Their pizzas and parmas also tastes amazing! My kids now always ask for takeaway from here.

I came in for lunch and go a souvlaki, mix with tomato, lettuce, onion and sauce, I started eating and found that I’d say 70percent was lettuce with sauce, Bearly any meat and tomato. Food tasted good but just to much filler and not enough meat. Bit disappointed to pay nearly $14 for bread, lettuce and sauce

The food was really nice and the coleslaw was very refreshing and to top it off, great customer service

This chicken shop is the absolute best in the state and probly the country, their chickens are super tasty and juicy. The chips rock as duz their gravy. Thier salads are great. They actually have hsp packs. Pizzas and and. They're super friendly. I will not go anywhere else for my fast food. I guarantee that anyone else who tries their food will become a regular.thanks guys for the meals you make. Don't change a thing. Shop is also very clean. It's popular whenever I go there's always a few people there. So if you want the best chicken and other foods go here and I swear you will agree or if not, you mustn't know what quality food is.

We have been coming here for about a year now.great chicken and chips but very poor customer service. Countless times I have turned up at 12.00 but no chickens are ready!
Asked to come back in 30 to 40 minutes?
Also yesterday was the 2nd time I have ordered 1/2 chicken and chips, asked for chicken to be cut up, but it wasn't! And they weren't even busy.chips portions could be a bit bigger. Kebabs are poorly made with very little meat.starting to loose my patients with this mob.
Just did a phone order. Was told order would be ready by 12 30.
I turn up, no chickens are ready.
Told another 15 mins or so.
If these people can't organise their food to be ready when they say it will be what is the point of ordering? Take my business to Studfield Charcoal chicken from now on.
Due to the owners response we decided to give them another go yesterday. Turned up and ordered 1/2 chicken and chips. Asked to wait 10 mins (chicken ready but waiting for chips) 3 other customers in the store. 2 people serving. Come back in 10 mins and they are smiling at me.
I said I am waiting for my half chicken and chips, they say yes and then put the chips on! W. T. F?
And not much chips in the serve either. Sorry owner, but these guys have no idea what they are doing.

The worst chicken schnitzel burger and schnitzel and chips ever had! Big fan of a schnitzel burger or schnitzel in general and there’s was the thinnest I’ve ever seen in my life, paper thin! The crumbing is thicker! And in the burger the lettuce and onion was double the thickness of the schnitzel so that’s all you could taste! No chicken! And then cooks it for almost 10 minutes so it’s dry and over cooked.they sell pizza and fish and chips too? They’ve got no idea what kinda shop they are and it shows in the quality of food- Local
