Bought Red Velvet cupcakes as I was craving but the Red velvet is terrible I wonder if any of the staff did some tasting before putting it on the shelf. Icing was nothing but sugar and the cupcake texture is fudgy & just extremely sweet. Can't taste any "Red velvet" flavour in it. Disappointing.
Decided to try get a birthday cake again from ferguson plarre bakehouses and lucky i did,
It was one of the best mudcakes ive eaten and the cake was great looked amazing my daughter was very happy with how it looked.
Their cakes will not dissapoint and the melton store was great thanks for the help in the short notice i wanted a cake.
Great job on the cake i will recommend you highly to everyone.

The worst treatment by owner's I've ever come across I'm sad we lost our lovely store in High Street Melton it was a great place. This one in Woodgrove is a disgrace.
Abrupt and extremely rude demena to everyone. They definitely are not people oriented.
