There was a long wait to enter the store, with not many customers inside. The doorman/guard was not personable when asking guests to wait.
Once inside, the service was impeccable. The item was not in stock, but the sales assistant offered to place an order and express post it once it arrived in store. Everything was explained very well and the item arrived quickly. Included was a hand written thank you card from Jing which was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more special. Thank you for the great service, Jing.

Fendi chadstone has one of the best customer service in my luxury shopping experience. The SAs are always helpful and friendly.
