Purchased a Fendi bag yesterday.
However, due to unforeseen financial circumstances changing overnight,
I called today to see if I could get a refund (less than 24 hours).
My request was refused as it does not align with their return policy.
In fact representative suggested I sell the bag online!
So upset with this company.
Will NEVER shop there again and will tell my friends NEVER to shop there.
They have no empathy whatsoever.: - (

Went in store today in the morning and the customer service was so professional and i felt so welcomed. Two of the ladies helped me out for my purchase. They were so kind. I had purchased earrings off here and service was great! It was my first time shopping here and the environment was so welcoming and nice.

Punched a nit wear jumper from fendi chadston I paid $1300 for it, I had washed it as the lady from fendi told me to and after it was dry the black fendi writing had stained the jumper as it is white. I had taken it back to fendi and they said the need to send the jumper off to get inspected from someone higher.

Few days later I received a message from a manager telling me the claim has been rejected as they said its not classified as a manufacturer fault.

Which is really disappointing as I had paint $1300 and washed it as I was told from the shop!

Definitely won't be purchasing from them again

Most toxic place in retail and everyone knows the manager there. She is extremely a pushy and toxic women. So scaring to enter that door.

The whole environment was extremely horrible and felt so intense in there. The manager Katrina was very rude when I served by her. Never go there again.

This company pay top rent in Chadstone but hire some joke sales keeping talking and showing how fashion they are, feel very uncomfortable here

My husband purchased a scarf for me. I sent my husband photos for the scarf I want and brought the picture to the sales. The photo clearly shows that the scarf is made of material A, the sales Stella took out a scarf made of material B without explain the difference to us. My husband did take a photo to me, but the photo cannot tell the difference between the two materials at all. When my husband took it home, I know that’s not what I want. We went to store the next day to seek refund, they are saying they will not refund, but can only give a credit voucher with one year limit, and there is a lot of limitations attached to the voucher. Also we note the scarf is without a price tag, who knows if it is a second hand one and refunded by another customer. At this time, they only said they could order the scarf from another store, but why they do not do this on the day of purchase? Another male sale even cheated us on the phone saying that he had already checked all stores in Melbourne, but they do not have stock we want. If it is the case why another sales told us it could be ordered from somewhere else? Very disappointing management and attitudes. Date of purchase is 20 Nov 2021, date of dispute is 21 Nov 2021.

So far the best experience. Customer service is amazing. Friendly and go far and beyond to help you feel comfortable and to find what you want.

Visited Fendi Chadstone on 21/4/21 with my mother in the hope to either purchase or try get the jacquard knit T-shirt. Unfortunately they didn’t have her size available on the day, we were told some would contact us soon to let us know whether or not they could get one in her size. Since then no one has contacted us back and we have purchased online. Very disappointed and we will avoid returning.

My wife just bought her 1st fendi bag at chadstone boutique.
Stella was so warmly welcomed and she was so patient.
We went to the city boutique before and we were not impressed by the staff there.
Thanks Stella! The best experiences ever!
I highly recommend Fendi Chadstone!

Sales staff sold the wrong size and the last one in the store to me even though I gave measurement (for a present), turned out to be completely wrong and couldn´t give a refund. The staff dosen´t know anything about sizing or lies about it to make the sale. Do NOT visit this store.

Above and beyond customer service, Fina Bao was so generous in her time and service when assisting me. She stayed past her finishing time to help me choose the perfect present for my anniversary. She was very informative and polite, the best customer service I have experienced in a very very long time! She was a dream to deal with, I will definitely be back to shop with Fina again.

Beautiful place but left feeling sad. Couldn't buy any of the lovely pieces there. Will save up and be back!

Good selection of products but staff so incredibly obnoxious and demeaning. Served by Yinyu Zheng who was uninterested and dismissive of requests. Will be shopping at Collins Street Boutique from now on.

The short hair Chinese staff is sooo rude! Feels like she is the customer and we are the sales!

The staffs have no idea with Fendi products and prices. All they worry about is looking pretty. I decided to buy LV and Prada instead. I will not visit Fendi Chadstone ever again.

Had to wait for ages while the staff walked around the store with people who weren't buyers. Should've allowed more in and only served serious customers.
