We thank FBI travel and especially the incredible consultant that assisted us Danny in getting us home during this long pandemic. We really felt hopeless like many others in returning home to Australia, however, within the same day of inquiring with FBI travel, we have seats on a plane home confirmed. They are 1000 times well worth the service fee attached, we honestly could not have recommended this company enough to anyone needing a seamless process to book flights and arrange transit. Danny got us the best flights in the current situation and the whole journey home to Australia from Canada was easy and stress-free. To any ex-pats stuck overseas, contact FBI travel, they are professional, personable, and know their stuff!

I can highly recommend FBI travel. Yehudis was fantastic. She managed to find me flights back to Australia during the pandemic within 24 hours of my request (after I'd already been bumped twice off other airlines). She was extremely responsive (even with the time difference) and very professional

Due to COVID-19 restrictions our return flights were canceled and we struggled to find any flights back home to Australia. We contacted FBI Travel and in few hours time we received our return tickets. The tickets were booked extremely quickly and the quality of service was outstanding. I was lucky enough to have been referred on to Nikki, after trying for months to return to Australia during the COVID pandemic. After having had numerous flights cancelled or rescheduled, Nikki was able to provide me with a number of options, and eventually, get me back earlier than anticipated. She was lovely to deal with, extremely responsive, and nothing was too much for her. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic team! I had to work with the team at FBI travel for the last 12 months to organise flights out and more importantly, to organise return to Australia. Throughout this period, the team has been very professional and responsive, they have done their best not only to recommend the right options but also to secure the proper flights. Despite the many difficulties that this period has thrown at us and the risk of cancellations, they always made sure they focus on the right path and options to ensure a quick and safe return. They have kept me informed, they have ensured all the small details are taken care of, they have taken the huge burden of coordination during a pandemic and made it all possible. Poor quality and unfriendly. All the good reviews are fake and written by personal friends and mates of the staff. This is the only real review. Buyer beware!

Never reply email and answer to my enquiries. Waste of time dealing with them.think twice before you use them, they will just want their commission but nothing else.you can smell the eager for commission.extremely disappointing.the agent that I was dealing is Yehudis Jager.
