Fantastic service. Item ordered online was out of stock so I went with an upgrade. Con went out if his way to have it delivered the same day. Even the delivery staff were so jolly and helpful.

Bought a new fridge from Elaine at the Fawkner store. Elaine went above and beyond to find what I wanted and her customer service and advice was awesome.
Being in COVID Lockdown, I had to purchase over the phone and relied on the sales person to guide me. This was done with great support from Elaine, much appreciated her customer service- would certainly recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service.

Con helped me with my purchase! It was a phone order, he re assured me that my items are in stock and in good condition after taking a minute to check. He also made a really good price and arranged delivery for me. He was very honest and reliable over the phone and made the sale very easy! I bought a $1,949 Fisher & Paykel fridge from their website and it was never delivered. I spoke to Paul and he never returned my call or my money. No refund, no fridge. Watch out—Paul is using his work to scam money from you!

My elderly father (90) who has mobility and other health issues wanted to buy himself an air conditioner. He didn't want the family to organise this for him. He rode his mobility scooter up Sydney road to Bella and the wonderful staff made sure Dad was looked after.
