Been here three times now but this time for the all you can eat buffet and the food and service was wonderful

Prices were good, food was fresh, drink service was slow. Good place to go for decent serving sizes.

Really enjoyable experience.
Staff are lovely and attentive, food was pretty good, not brilliant but still delicious.
Good atmosphere

Terrible! Floor looks like it hasn't seen a vacuum ever, our table was just as bad. We waited over half an hour for food that was still cold. Big disappointment after seeing all the Facebook hype!

Wow.thoroughly impressed with not only the customer service, but also the quality of food was amazing.
The steak was cooked to our desired liking and was beautifully juicy.the souvlaki dish was also delicious however the lamb was slightly on the dry side. The spicy prawn linguine was not bad however slightly salty. The nuggets and chips were just standard. The calamari was spectacular, soft and tender, it went amazing with the tartare sauce provided. A highlight of the food was the milkshakes, without a doubt the presentation was outmost spectacular.

Visited for 'steak night'. Waitress was great, chairs are comfortable, chips and mushroom gravy were good! Ordered medium/rare steak.arrived overcooked/dry and tasteless.

The steak was cooked perfect. The breakfast buffet is a fantastic idea. And for $16.50
Per adult for all you can eat is good. We ordered cans of drink instead of there juice tho because they never refilled the apple and the other juice was definitely not orange juice and it was gross. The staff were good apart from one young girl. But would definitely recommend this place! They delivered our food but had to ask to not be in a cardboard container as the food fell threw the first night (we stayed at the motel next door)

Yep unfortunate: ordered room service as we were staying at the Bell Tower Inn where the reatuarant is located, 45 mins later the food turns up in Uber Pacakaging but no Cuttlery. Went to restuarant requested Cuttlery.back to room sat down to eat our meals. Lamb Souvlaki was really really weird! Cubes of lamb WHICH APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN DEEPFRIED, really unnappealing & tough, pita bread cut up into quarters, tiny tub of Tzatziki sauce Chips & Side Salad.
P had Chicken Scallopini Chips and Salad Chicken was dry and sauce was luke warm.
Chip OIL NEEDS CHANGING!
We ate it because we were starving, but honestly we should have settled for Maccas or KFC.

Friendly staff. Meals arrived in a timely manner and were delicious. Very reasonably priced.

Disgraceful and they know it!

Visited this establishment tonight and the waitress was friendly enough and responsive.

We ordered a shared platter for 4 because we had seen the social media and they looked tremendous.

After a 2 hour wait we finally got our platter (happy to wait because we thought it was going to be great) what we came face to face with was shocking.

Chicken and lamb were extremely dry and were more like a jerky than succulent meat (definitely microwaved), there were only about 8 pieces of calamari, the chips were atrocious (need to change their oil) the saving Grace was the salad which took up 1/4 of the platter and that’s a very sad statement.

They know this is a money grab and horrible because not once did someone come up to the table and ask about the food not when we went up and paid - simply “you owe this”.

There was no point complaining because after 2 hours at 8.50 at night you are just starving and would eat anything.

Such a shame because we had this planned for such a long time and it’s a disappointment to the whole brand name.

DONT GO HERE. We ordered food and drinks, the drinks came maybe 15 minutes later they were nothing special, my mocktail tasted like straight apple juice. Our cutlery was dirty and when we asked for new ones they brought out more dirty ones multiple times (I saw the waitress looking through all the forks and putting many to the side), the waitress also wasn't very well trained.our napkins were reused with stains on them and our table was dirty not to mention the stains on the floor. Once we received our food around 2 hours after ordering it was really just ok they used cooking onion instead of red onion in our salads and it was all just gross. This experience ruined my friends birthday and I will Never NEVER come her again! If I could give minus 100 stars I would. Don't let anyone you care for come here. Ps. I had a very bad stomach ache after eating here

Was a nice place. Good food, atmosphere and service. We had the meat platter and was really good.

Absolutely disgusting customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND! Ordered through a 3rd party, receipt clearly states TWO items. Only one received. Manager refused to rectify and said “it’s not my problem you don’t have food to eat”. Will tell everyone I know to boycott.

We had a great girls night, and the waitress Kate who was only on her second shift, did absolutely amazing and we loved having her through out our evening!

Wow the food here was incredible really tasty and reasonable well priced. Also you have to try there cocktails there fantastic. Service was incredible even with only one waitress she did a great job. Would come here again next time in Ballarat.

Only negative is finding it and parking.

My daughters ordered the wagu burgers and were semi pleased with what they got. My husband and myself ordered the parmalaki platter for two. Very very disappointing! The chicken and lamb was obviously reheated and so dry it was barely edible. The bread was cold and completely un appetising. The chips were soggy from having the chicken parmigiana placed on top. The chicken parmigiana was surprisingly ok. But the whole meal was seriously underwhelming. I guess I’ll be voting with my feet. Definitely won’t go back!

Great place. Nice food. Short staffed but was pre informed. Waiting time was ok. Food was fresh and if u are a morning person like me in Alfredton I would recommend.

So impressed with this place, from the first phone call to book! Staff super friendly, big smiles and great service, great decor, comfy chairs, nice ambiance. We had a parmalaki platter for 2, was so delicious and great value. The rest of the table all happy! Could not find a fault in anything! Looking forward to coming back and trying the rib platter.

Really worst restaurant and staff whoever working at that time. I have ordered food and went there to pickup but they took 35 mins to handover after several reminders. Never recommend this restaurant and really worst ever service. Big ZERO for their service and support.
