George is honestly the real deal and one of the best people going around in the industry. He is very honest and genuine. I called him to fix a couple of front cracked windows and he did a very thorough job at a very reasonable price. He noticed that was an issue with my shower screen, to which he offered to fix free of charge. He has a lot of knowlege which he was willing to share. I highly recommend him and we need more people like him!

My morning took a bit of a shocking turn when a large chair overturned and fell against the window in my home office, smashing two panes of glass and sending shards flying everywhere. It was raining and windy and there was glass everywhere. I am so thrilled with the emergency glass service provided by George and Pam, from quote through to clean up and repair the same day. George was so friendly and considerate of neighbours with where he parked. He cleaned up glass that had smashed right through lots and lots of pebbles - picked up all the shards of glass, removed the broken glass from the window, industrial vacuumed the carpet and replaced. Quote was easy via sms. Repair done within three hours. All during lockdown as well. Reasonable price considering the fast service and thorough clean up. Highly recommend!

I can't praise them highly enough. Phone calls were answered pomptly and George was with us in less than 2 hours. We needed an emergency replacement of 3 windows, one of which was very large and thick. The large one was hard to source but George went beyond the call of duty and sourced one and repaired them all on the same day. He worked hard and got the job done perfectly. I don't know what we would have done, especially with the huge kitchen window. Thankyou very much George. You really did save the day and it is very much appreciated.

Called George at 8pm Monday night, absolute pleasure to deal with. George asked for photos, sent these whilst on the phone and George said he'll have someone here shortly to make broken window (the size of a large sliding door) secure. Within 2 hours the broken window was made safe and a shutter installed to prevent access. That same night Con came to measure up for the new glass. Four days later on the Friday night, the window replacement was installed. Con was awesome, he even cleaned the floor and the new window on completing the install. This company have really got customer service right. I would not go anywhere else for glass in the future. A big thank you for your friendly customer service, competitive pricing and for your promptness when we needed it. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

Very quick response time, the door was cleaned, boarded up and measured within 3h, and the replacement glass was put in a few days later. George really knows his stuff!

We were really impressed with the high quality service we received from Fast Glass. George installed a dog and cat door in our glass window and the animals use it all the time, it’s changed my life from having to open the doors continually for them to go outside.
