George has done a great job, responded fast and has briefed me on all details of our safety glass panel repair all the way through the process. It took 3 steps. (1) securing the building and cleaning up the glass. (2) Measuring and cutting the panel (3) Tempering the glass (takes 3.4 days) and installing it in the frame thereafter. Highly recommend his services.
George and his team responded quickly to a large double glazed window randomly cracking at our house. Following the make safe, the process for manufacture and replacement was completed quickly and simply. George and his team were very polite and respectful.

My house is almost 40 years old and some of the distinctive textured glass is impossible to source.
I contacted George and forwarded thru photos of the broken glass panel on the front door of my home for a quote.
On the morning of my booking I received a reminder text just prior to his arrival.
After an inspection, George had explained to me that as the rectangle glass panel was puttied into the wooden timber window frame there was no guarantee of getting it out in one piece.
Fortunately, he was able to cut out the whole glass panel intact.
From this rectangular glass panel he reassured me he would be able to cut out the right shaped piece of glass to fit perfectly onto my wooden door. With a quick wipe and dust the door looks good as new.
Not only did George follow thru on his promise but he was also able to hand back to me the rest of the unused rectangle glass panel.
The decorative glass has a pattern which is invaluable, it is beautiful and rare.
He also brought with him 2 alternative glass panels for me to choose from as a similar replacement for the original glass panel from my toilet room window.
George is both friendly and easy going and more than happy to have a quick chat afterwards.
I have piece of mind knowing that Fast Glass and George is around whether it be for a glass related emergency or a future home renovation project.
