Fantastic Furniture

Nice shopping experience, helpful staff. I did have to wait several weeks for my table, but the process to pick it up was seamless.

Staff very friendly and helpful not a huge store but plenty to look at. Just found the pick up door awkward with a trailer when other cars are there

I was waiting a month for my table to arrive, when I finally got it I went to set it up and had no tools or the pieces and no instructions. I called and spoke to someone who said they sent them out express postage and have been waiting 2 amd a half weeks. I numerous times only to be told that it is coming shortly. I had enough spoke to a woman called Raza and asked of she wpupd track it and have not wven been emailed about where it is. Terrible customer service.

I bought a mattress 3 years ago and I hardly used it but when we started using it started sinking in from both the side where i sleep and where my husband sleeps I emailed one of the staff and not any proper response i feel like i am sleeping a big whole i am so so soo unhappy what I bought 949$ and + delivery as because they said this is the best mattress ever with 10 years warranty
Never ever buy any mattress from them I wasted my money please you don’t

Will never shop here again and don't recommend this shop.bad communication everytime I call about my order I am being told a different story each time

I would never ever purchase furniture from them again cheap rubbish I purchased the Havana bed obviously disappointed

Excellent service. Great range of furniture and homewares etc most of which are at very reasonable prices in my opinion. All products well displayed and the store is set up nicely with enough room to easily move about. Had exactly what I wanted and needed in stock which was packaged well. Ample parking available.

Very disappointed with the service. My items came faulty. Cleary the delivery men weren't careful when loading and unloading. Wasnt given a option for replacement. Cause the thought it was repairable photos prove that no chance that is repairable. Asked for a full refund yet they still took the delivery fee and i wasnt paid the full amount. Poor services and again disappointed with the outcome. I've left this matter to Ombudsman and Consumer Affairs. You can deal with them now.

Nothing in this place is for sale, all they do is take deposits for any item on display and then tell you it should be in about 3 weeks wanted to buy a cheap side table
they had at least three different styles i would have taken but would not sell anything on the floor staff totally disinterested

Really good staff, with really good prices and furniture. It has any kind of furniture or product you need. Just wish if there was more staff.

Not a pleasant shopping experience. The Salesperson used an old technique to create a scarcity situation for us to buy the pieces of furniture we wanted. I'm not naive, so of course I didn't get fooled. But the situation gave me a very bad and unprofessional image of Fantastic Furniture.

Savannah at the counter was also terrible to deal with as she gave us a death stare while we were asking about different products. I wouldn't have hired her if I was the business owner.

The customer service was very poor! The staff were very dismissive and weren't friendly. I usually go to fantastic furniture at northland homemaker and it's great there. Thought i'd try one closer to home but was very disappointed.

Prices are very affordable but the customer service is very poor. Very slow service. We were in an empty store walking around for half an hour and no one offered to help. There were 3 assistants, two were occupied with looking into furniture boxes which I assume were for themselves as they were trying lightbulb’s in the mirror. Once we asked for help it felt as though we were inconveniencing the sales assistant. Spent 15 minutes at the counter waiting to make payment. Overall a very poor experience.

I've been here on boxing Day. Amazing furniture under low price. I bought a few decoration stuff for my room like 4 items at $60. Must visit. Loved the sofa sets. They are at 399$. In love with the collection.

The service that I received from Caroline was "Fantastic" and the price was quite reasonable. Will be back.

Mattress was nothing like what we sampled in store and despite being unused the store refused to refund the price. Refund policy is deceptive and did not take into account that the product we received was not the product we believed we were purchasing.
Staff were rude and disintrested and we will NEVER shop here again.

Great place, furniture is awesome and good quality. Look forward for when I need to go again. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Always a good experience to purchase from this place, never get any discounts though.good luck with that.
Furniture is always good quality, however floor stock is usually damaged in some way shape or form.
In all the times ive been here i've never been approached by a staff member.always had to search for help myself, but when i find a staff member i'm always happy and all my enquiries are answered.

I agree with the other comments. Terrible customer service at Thomastown store. At least 10 small storage cabinets exactly the same on display. Asked if I could have one not in the box. I'll mention there was no assembly required. Told no you cant have one of those, they are our display stock. Ok, so can I buy one and leave the box here? Told.no you cant. Asked why not? Answer.because then everyone will want to do it. Needless to say I left without purchasing. Shame on that lady who didnt care less. Perhaps you could have simply opened another box and put that one on display! Lost an 80.00 sale for the sake of taking a small box out to the skip bin. Plus the possible discount they will likely have to put on the floor stock later. I sincerely hope my message doesnt give everyone out there the idea to ask if you can leave a small empty box in store. Happy to shop elsewhere!
