Hands down the best bridal store I’ve been in. The atmosphere, the staff, the rooms everything was 100% and if it wasn’t for TRANG using her absolutely magic talent my dress would not have been perfect! So trang Thankyou so much ️

First try on experience at this store was great, my consultant was lovely and listened to me, and lots of dresses to choose from. I found a dress I loved and ended up buying it and was super excited. The dress I found was within price point, and I was told it would fit well and alterations would cost roughly $300
The dress was meant to arrive in December, and never did, and I didn’t get a call to say it hadn’t arrived until I rang a month later to follow up when they told me my dress had never arrived in store.
After this I had to keep chasing them up, and got very anxious about alteration times as the wedding grew closer.
When it arrived I got a fitting, and after pinning it, they told me alterations would cost another $1500, which I couldn’t afford. At this stage I was very upset and disappointed no one had told me earlier this could possibly be the case when I ordered the dress.
I found them to be unhelpful and sadly unapologetic about getting the dress in so late, and then charging so much for alterations when they had told me otherwise earlier.
I ended up having to buy that dress, they would not let me purchase a different dress even though I could not alter it. It is lovely, but I left very upset and disheartened, and left communication was poor which is a shame

Amazing experience at fairytale bride boutique I found my dream dress and could not of been more happy with my consultant dina could not of asked for some one better to help me find my dress.

I was assisted by Sophie who was amazing with so much patience, attention to detail and great styling tips. The whole store set up was so perfect with the vast variety of dresses. The team were so supportive and helped me say YES to my dress.

Had a lovely time trying on dresses. A large range and beautiful fitting rooms, with help from staff. I ended up purchasing a dress a staff member told me to try on. I can't wait to wear it at my wedding.

My whole experience at Fairytales has been fantastic! I have dropped over 2 dresses since purchasing the dress and went into the alterations extremely stressed. Trang was my dress maker and she made me feel so comfortable the entire time! She knew everything I was asking for before I could even ask it & has transformed my dress (a super hard material to alter, mind you) magically! I can’t wait to wear it. Louisa and Deena were also wonderful at easing any anxiety and providing wonderful advice always. Thank you so much guys!
