Thank you to the team at Fairytale Bridal for helping me find the perfect dress! Teresa was amazing during the initial consult and really knew what she was doing. I had so many compliments on the dress and my flower girl even thought I was a real life princess.
They were able to rush my order through and have my size in the dress I fell in love with in only a couple of months after Covid mucked up all of the dress consultations I had to constantly reschedule and assured me the whole way through that they would have it in and altered in time for the wedding. They absolutely delivered and even did some last minute alterations when I went in to pick up the dress to ensure it was the perfect fit. Thank you so much.

From the moment I walked in there I was honestly made to feel like I was bothering them.
My stylist didn’t ask about my wedding day nor my guests I had with me.

They made me walk around to chose my own dresses with a large portion of the ones only available to try on for a size 6 and told I wouldn’t fit. I was not provided any guidance at all from the stylist.

I found a dress that looked nice on. However, all the stylist wanted was a sale, like a high pressure used car salesmen.

Kept trying to give me 10% off and telling me it wouldn’t be here tomorrow and would never be able to try it in my size.

I think it would benefit you your stylists to build rapport with your customers and ask them about their big day. In addition, be able to suggest beautiful gowns for their body shape.

Thank you the team and especially to Kathy, who took care of me and help me choose the dream dress for my big day! You’re so sweet and so good at what you doing! Everyone at Fairytales Bridal are so lovely and make me feel comfortable and welcomed. I had the best time there and once again. Thank you so much Kathy for helping me. YOU ARE THE BEST KATHY! ️

Thank you to the Fairytales Bridal Team for my wonderful dress and fantastic experience. It took a few fittings, due to covid pushing out our wedding date a couple times, however the team were flexible and friendly.

A special mention to Antoinette the dressmaker who handled my alterations. The dress was stunning, all my friends and family thought it was unique and elegant, and I very much appreciate all the hard work you put in getting me to the big day! I know I changed a few dress sizes, and the fit wasn’t easy, but you were persistent in getting it perfect and you made me feel a million dollars, every step of the way!

Angela, my friend and the Manager thank you for taking care of me, always! You are so fun and professional, you made picking the original dress so much fun!

This was my first bridal fitting ever and I have to say I was disappointed. The consultant didn't seem to interested in getting to know me or anything about my wedding (asked no questions). Told me to pick 5 dresses as that's all I had time for (booked for 1h 30mins). Was really pushy once we found a nice dress and kept dismissing my sisters opinions of the dresses. On top of all that, she kept either leaving the dressing room curtain open or when it was closed kept opening it every 2 seconds while i was getting dressed. I wouldn't personally recommend after my experience and I wont be returning here.

A massive thank you to the team at Fairytales Bridal Boutique with helping me find my dream wedding dress! And a special thank you to the beautiful Louisa, Maria, Trang and Dina for being so incredibly helpful and patient with me every step of the way! I feel as though the wonderful ladies here are like family, I never once felt like just a customer. I highly recommend this place to all the brides to be, you won’t be disappointed! I had an appointment here on 5th of Jan at 3pm. I had gone to a couple other wedding dress shops earlier in the day and one after this. This was the only shop that me, my mum and sister all walked out of saying we would never buy something from here. The consultant I had was rude to us and was not helpful. I had booked a 1.5hour session and we were ushered out of there in 20mins. She only let me try 3 dresses on and barely gave you time to consider it before asking you to change to the next one. I told her what sort of dress I was interested in but she did not bother helping to find similar dresses, just left us alone for 5 minutes to pick out of a huge range. I really don't understand how a business can run like this especially when the two other bridal shops walking distance away were polar opposite to this and treated you so so nicely. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

I had a really average experience at the Monee Ponds store a few weeks ago. I'm not even sure what her name was as she introduced herself as 'my stylist'. The person who 'looked after' me didn't ask who was with me or anything about the wedding date.

She asked me what kind of dress I was after- and then pointed me to a small area of 'plus size' dresses. I told her I didn't want anything with lace and was looking for simple white, off the shoulder, yet she kept suggesting I try on lace dresses - one even being a blue/grey colour. It's like she wasn't listening to any of my preferences. The curtains were left open each time she handed me a dress. She kept walking away from the dressing room to speak to other people. No adjustments to the dresses as I was showing my family to see how it would actually fit apart from a couple of clips.

I felt like I was being rushed through the appointment. I think I tried on 3 dresses within 20 minutes.

I had another appointment before this at another store nearby and was made to feel so special and amazing, and my guests were included in the process so it was fun for everyone. I walked out of this store feeling like it was a bother to have me in there.

Awful experience! Gave measurements when first tried dress on, lobed the dress was so excited. Then went back tried on the dress and it didn't fit, checked measurements and it was clearly tampered with! Was made to feel that 'covid' put the weight on! It was very obvious that the measurements were tampered with! Made to pay full price for the dress

Really unhappy about my experience with fairy tales bridal - I went there two weeks ago the very first shop I visited and the bridal consultant spent all about 15 minutes on me. She picked out a dress from
The sale section told me that this was the best dress for me. When I asked to see other dresses she said I could see them but this was the best that I could do in the store. I was clearly uncomfortable and certain and the next thing I know I had walked out with a dress that I wasn’t convinced about. I paid for the dress and left the dress in the store to come back and collect it. Since then I had time to think about the dress and am sure it isn’t right for me. I have asked for a refund and they have refused to provide me with one because they don’t do change of minds. I ha e written a formal complaint to their management team as well. Will update you guys once I receive a response

Finding my dream dress with fairytales was so seamless! They were really patient with me not knowing where to start and trying on so many different options on my first appointment (while with my grandma with dementia who is difficult at the best of times) and then the alterations were made so quickly with how short of notice we had between re-opening from covid and my wedding day. Honestly extremely happy with the whole process! Much Love ️

Attended my first appointment last week and was very disappointed. Not a single staff member was wearing masks as per the current restrictions. Upon arrival, we were told to "go look at the dresses and we'll come help you" and then given no other direction until they told us we were in the wrong sections. Once we were finally directed to the correct section and allowed a fitting room to put our coats and bags, we were pretty much left to ourselves again. They said they couldn't help me in the fitting room, so luckily I had a friend with me to do it (I am attending other appointments alone). I felt they weren't listening to me (constantly pushing dresses or styles I had said I don't like) and even started closing up the shop while I was still there in my appointment time. The selection of designers is great if you want a lot to choose from, but if you are after an intimate experience and assistance, I would go somewhere else.

Thanks for my beautiful dress, during these hard times it is lovely to come to a shop that cares. I'm a plus size and your range is fantastic.

Unfortunately, I would never recommend a bride shop here. I’m fact I would proactively do the opposite. I had an awful experience trying on dresses here.

I wear a size Au14 in clothing and I barely fitted into any dresses in the shop. They instead told me they could hold the (much) smaller sizes up in front of me and if I decided I wanted to buy them, I could pay for them, then they’d order it for me.
Who would pay $4000+ for a dress that they’ve never even tried on?

As someone who is “plus sized” I was too large for the shop. This is not a nice feeling, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone just wanting to find something to feel beautiful in on such a special day.

After leaving, I went to another wedding dress shop where they made me feel absolutely beautiful. They had so many dresses that I could try on and they didn’t ever get me to pull on a dress that was too small to get over my knees.

Sadly, the experience at this shop for me was awful.

I’m not the kind of person to leave a bad review, I think this may be my first. But I’m doing this, hoping that it will deter people who are in the same size range as me from going here and from having the experience I did.

I had a wonderful experience at Fairytales. So many dresses and accesories, the staff is so helpful. They are also very covid safe with masks and temperature checks. I liked it that they don't come into the fitting room it`s nice to have some privacey.

The ladies at fairytales bridal boutique are absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be happier! This store has absolute dream dresses to suit absolutely everybody! Thank you to the ladies (especially Dina) there for helping me find my dream dress and for making it such an enjoyable experience!

Within the first couple of hours I had found THE dress! The ladies at Fairytales Bridal were absolutely outstanding (Special Mention to Tina!)! So friendly and accommodating, especially during the pandemic! We went with the Paloma Blanca 4857 and Fairytales Bridal were so nice to work out a payment plan for me. It was such a stressful time getting married throughout the pandemic, it was just so nice to have an easy and fun experience that I can look back on in finding and getting my dress!

A huge thank you to the Fairytales bridal team for guiding me through such a daunting and emotional process that is finding the perfect dress with so much care and professionalism. I have the best memories of the day - going through a huge collection of gorgeous dresses and having the ladies help me figure out the top choices. It was such a fun afternoon! Then, I had to get the dress altered because I got married in the middle of winter and it was such a stressful time but I felt looked after and that made all the difference!
