Doctor Maged Ayoub was recommended to us by my daughter and we are very grateful for that.
It was like a ‘God sent’.
My husband had heart surgery and doctor Maged Ayoub checked and treated his wound with lots of care. He advised us how to go about the day to day activities. He answered all our questions and concerns.
He is an exceptional professional, not only he is extremely knowledgeable as a doctor but he is an excellent caring doctor.
We need more doctors like Dr Maged Ayoub.
Also, the nurses are very friendly and very helpful and caring.

Beautiful clinic. The staff are lovely, the Dr's are incredibly helpful and thorough. Minimal wait times, always 5 minutes within your booking time. Always availabilities and optimum care. I'm so glad I've finally found a Dr clinic I love:)

Great service and management are continuing the improvements since taking over the business in recent times. With pathology services on-site, it is a very friendly, professional medical centre that I am happy to recommend.

Waited for over half hour only to be told when i asked that my doctor had left. Then had to wait another 15 mins for another doctor. Not good enough. No communication.

I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. The doctors, nurses and reception staff are all attentive and understanding and will do their best for you in a very busy and demanding environment. This is seriously the best clinic I have ever been to. It’s getting very popular with word of mouth and just what Fairfield needs. Well done team I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

Dr Hany Daoud is a misogynist who apparently thinks the knee buckling pain from ovarian cysts my partner is experiencing is all in her head and made up.
Absolutely recommend this doctor if you hate women and also think wearing a mask in the middle of a pandemic is super lame.
Otherwise avoid like the plague.

This is a great clinic, the medical student Matthew was super friendly and helpful and took his time asking all the questions about my symptoms. Dr. Chowdhury was also very attentive and professional. The pathologist was also very friendly. Completely recommend this place for a dr visit!

Most doctors see patients as a number - for their egos and self-serving interests. But a good doctor always listens and connects with their patients, and sometimes nothing is needed fixing. Doctor Ken has all these good qualities. I'm very grateful for the staff and doctor Ken.

The only decent doctor at this clinic is Dr Ken, however he is difficult to get an appointment with and can sometimes be too conservative with his treatment resulting in several appointments to resolve something that could have been resolved in one and therefore infections or illness dragging out. The rest of the doctors are ridiculous and I don’t trust that they are thorough or will discover any health issues let alone be able to treat them. The reception and management of the clinic is the worst I have ever experienced, lying to patients and have zero care when issues are raised to them. Customer service is appalling. Overall I’d avoid this clinic.

Ive always have phone consultation with my doctor. She calls me 1 hour later of my appointment. Last time was 40 mins late. I was really sick and needed my prescription for my medication asap at night. I've never waited that long when I come to the place.
Did she always forget my appointment or keep postponing my appointment and see the patients at the clinic? Is priority?

Dr Naseri is a caring and thorough doctor. I'm so glad I found a doctor who takes the time to listen and find the best course of action.

Come to see a doctor but refuse to see as I have seen a different doctor in same clinic before and took her time to read all notes as she getting paid for 20 min only. Even with phone consultation same careless and mean attitude. Selfish bulk bill doctor with no duty of care and sympathy what so ever, seeing 10 patient an hours to make there money
