I am his patient from last 3 years and 3 months. Despite the uncertain situation following my symptoms and possible diagnosis, Dr Ayoub put me at total ease. He is so friendly, polite and calming. He explains everything clearly so I know exactly what is going on and what the next steps would be.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Maged Ayoub as his diagnosis is best so far I have seen. Very Intelligent doctor.

Always on time and more than anything they do "care" and that is proven by their Bulk billing service despite of risen living costs.
Note that they have started charging for the first time and then always bulk bill. For me it was bulk bill for all the times.

I have a wonderful experience with an indian lady name OMA. She took my blood sample. Very cooperative and helping.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Maged Ayoub for his expertise, diagnosis and support during the process of my recent melanoma diagnosis, tests and surgery.

Furthermore, I would like to commend the Fairfield City Medical Clinic for great opening hours and ease of appointments, well priced procedures and bulk billed appointments.

I still feel the need to check if I am required to pay for my appointment because finding quality bulk billing practices is so rare in Melbourne.

Made a appointment today called back less than 10min latter cancelled appointment receptionist then proceed to tell me I must pay 35 dollars for cancellation absolutely ridiculous will neaver go to this doctors clinic again especially after the multiple bad reviews I have just seen no wonder people will not gi back there

Best GP i've had, but the clinic has decided to charge for a telehealth appointments now, when face to face dont incur a charge. Absolutely disgusting that they are price gouging patients or forcing them to go in public while sick, to sit in a waiting room with other sick people. All for money.

UPDATE - Dr Ken now has his own practice Life Stories Medical in Northcote. Dr Ken is a wonderful doctor, fixed my blocked ear today in one sitting as opposed to SIX other times at my alternative GP. Dr Ken is awesome!

It’s my first time visiting this place as I don’t usually go to doctors at all and hadn’t visited any prior to today’s visit. Dr Arif was friendly caring and nice. The ladies at the reception were also really kind and friendly. Even patients there were friendly! It feels like a place filled with love patience and positivity!

I saw Dr Arif and he was so professional and kind, and took my concerns seriously. He also did a great job of explaining any issues and risks involved in treatments. The receptionist (I didn’t g the her name!) was also lovely.

Truly amazing for a bulk billed practice

This is the best bulk billed medical centre I have been to. The doctors are wonderful, responsive, caring professionals. The nurse there has handled my outpatient wound care fantastically. All the administration staff are incredibly polite and helpful. Thank you for everything so far. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly.

I have been to this clinic a number of times in the past and booked myself in for a Telehealth appointment as I was dealing with a very uncomfortable stomach infection (and possibly ulcers) and needed a course of antibiotics ASAP. The Telehealth appointment was for 8.10pm this evening and had been booked over 24 hours ago. 40min before my appointment I received a call saying that it had to be cancelled as I hadn’t visited the clinic for over 12months (apparently Medicare insist on this). So I was left with no option but to come in to the clinic in person the following afternoon (a time that wasn’t workable for me). Very upsetting and annoying, but they weren’t even apologetic or even empathetic - they made out like I should have known about this requirement, which made this experience even more irritating. At no point in the online booking process was I asked whether I met this precondition, and clearly the staff had not checked on this until the last minute. I would have booked an in person appointment had I known as I needed medical care ASAP. I made the point to the staff member that clearly their systems should be improved to ensure that this doesn’t happen to others but they didn’t want to hear it.

The ridiculous thing is that I was able to get the exact prescription I was in need of less than 10min later by downloading the Instant Consult app and having a video consultation with a doctor on it.

I have had other bad experiences with this clinic, one of which I was compelled to report to their management (and to their credit they addressed that issue) but this is the last straw. I would recommend one of their former GP’s, Kenneth Leong, who left them to start his own practice in Northcote.

This clinic is fantastic all of the doctors are very knowledgeable especially dr Maged, dr chowduri and dr ken… you can select anyone and know you’ll be looked after! The reception staff are calm and helpful- can’t recommend this place enough!

The ability to perform small procedures and on-site Pathology are real bonuses

Have only had great experiences with all GP’s I have seen at Fairfield MC. Their online booking app is really easy to use.

As a new patient, I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful.
I got to see the doctor within a few minutes of my scheduled time and the doctor is knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Got an appointment the same day as I rang and the Dr Hany Daoud was very helpful. I will continue using this Clinic. Well done.

So thankful to have found this clinic, Dr Melanie and Dr Dilruba have been so professional while making me feel comfortable. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience here!

Absolutely an amazing clinic with friendly reception staff. Wait times are short if you have have an appointment. I travel 20mins extra to see Dr Hany because he is a brilliant doctor with amazing with kids.

I had the good fortune to see Dr Maged Ayoub he was fantastic a caring and understanding doctor he could not do enough to help me. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
