I've done my eyebrows at other studios in the past and not one of them could get them right until I came across Eye Art Studio. I've seen Tan three times now and will continue coming back because every time I leave, it's literally a whole new me! She gave me my perfect wedding brows, and I'm very grateful.:) Once you're inside, the vibes are so relaxing and everyone who works there are so lovely and make you feel so comfortable, from the greeting to the goodbye! If you are searching for somewhere to get your brows microbladed/tattooed this is the place. I chose Eye Art after months and months of researching (and seeing a lot of friends come out of the process with brows that I wouldn't be happy with). Tan is just the best. She is professional and absolutely incredible at her job. She takes the time to really understand what you want and offers you the best solution. Honestly I could not be happier. My brows were thin and patchy before and I wouldn't leave the house without filling them in. I am just loving them now and don't need to do anything to them. Anyone who I've told they are tattooed doesn't believe it. Thank you Tan, you have a life-long customer:)

I am a cancer patient and lost my eyebrows during Chemotherapy. I completed Chemo in August & my eyebrows have since grown back very patchy. My hubby decided to shout me microblading as a Christmas present & I was very excited to have them done. I am currently on a 3 weekly maintenance infusion & asked my Oncologist if it was okay to get microblading on my eyebrows whilst on this treatment. He said that it was. Looking back I now realise that being a male he did not know what the procedure entailed & I should have told him it involved tattooing. Anyway I ended up booking online for a free consultation with Tan. On the day of the consult I was confused as to why I was given an appointment with Lu when I requested Tan however Lu was so lovely & caring that I let it go. I explained my situation to her & she agreed to do my eyebrows gently over 3 sessions as to try & avoid any issues. I paid my $200 deposit & booked a date. Sarah called me a week or so later asking if I would like to come in earlier due to a cancellation & I agreed. However the day prior to my appointment I was at the hospital having my maintenance infusion & excitedly mentioned my appointment to my nurse who said she was pretty sure microblading was not permitted due to risk of infection & bleeding. I emailed my care team for further advice & did not hear from them that day. The next day was the day of my microblading appointment. During the night I had broken out in hives due to my treatment. As I also still hadn’t heard back from my care team I decided to play it safe & call & try to defer my appointment for a later date. Sarah explained in order to do this I would not only lose my initial $200 deposit but would need to put down another $200 deposit. I offered to provide a letter from my Oncologist & that I understood the fee was to protect the artist due to cancelling the appointment at short notice but Sarah was adamant. My situation was unexpected & not due to ‘changing my mind’ rather wanting to defer due to medical circumstances. My care team have since advised not to go ahead with the microblading until my treatment is completed in a few months time. I feel that $200 is a lot of money to lose especially as I wasn’t working for 3 months during my chemo & surgery. Where is your compassion for extenuating circumstances? I am very disappointed. What if the artist did manage to get a booking on the day I cancelled. Do they still keep $200 AND the fee from the new appointment? Have some compassion & please refund my $200 deposit. My hubby is very upset & the whole experience has put me off coming here again.

To begin with, the staff was really friendly and professional, from the beginning to the end of the experience. They don't miss any details and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions.

I am totally happy with my eyebrows. Lucrezia is professional, talented and very friendly. She did an amazing job with the microblading and my eyebrows have a completely natural look, exactly as I wanted.

Tan did such an amazing job with my brows and immediately made me feel at ease as soon as I walked into the studio. She is very skilled at what she does. The studio has such a relaxing vibe to it and I will definitely be returning!

I’ve always been self conscious about my eyebrows and had them hidden behind a heavy fringe all my adult life. As a first step towards growing out my fringe I bit the bullet and decided on microblading.

On arrival, the studio is clean and quiet, and super chill. Little touches like a bottle of water, a place to put your bag, and the staff greeting you by name were so pleasant. Everything ran on time, and every step was explained.

Tan was great at consulting me with great care, drawing on each stroke until I was happy, and giving me a great combination set for my first appointment, then adding smaller “stray” strokes for a more natural look at my complimentary touch up session, as well as measuring my brows one final time before everything was touched up.

I can’t stop looking at my new brows! I’m over the moon, and can’t wait to grow out my fringe and start really showing them off.

Did my microblading eyebrow here with Tan, thanks for all of you to give me a new eyebrow that i have never had before. There are several aspects that i can address:
1 Environment of studio is chill, nice decor and staffs are so helpful.
2 My eyebrow artist Tan is an absolutely legend, good skill, patient, also sexy haha
3 the result of eyebrows are natural, you can't tell if its real or not unless you stay 1cm close to mirror. I hope it can last forever haha
4 zero pain. I have a very bad pain tolerating, but i can't feel any throughout the treatment:) that was a surprise

I had very dark lips naturally to start with, and came to see Tan about helping me with lightening the color. I was scared of the potential pain and the results but couldn't be happier. The pain was minimal, and the procediure was totally worth it. It did take 3 sessions because it was a bigger treatment than usual due to my natural lip colour. I can thank Tan for the rosy lips that make me feel and look years younger. Amazing!

Debating for so long to have my eyebrows micro bladed. Finally had the courage to do it and so glad I did.
