Exquisite Brows & Spa Southland

After seeing the good reviews for this salon I decided to try them out and get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who did them didn’t ask me anything about how I wanted them or what I liked, she just sat me down and started. After about 3 minutes she was done. I was the only customer in the shop and there was no one else waiting so I don’t know why she rushed them like she did. My eyebrows are naturally quite full and they just needed to be tidied up, but now they are really thin and don’t suit my face at all. I should have spoken up, but the damage was already done. I know they will grow back, and it’s not the end of the world, but for $20 I expected better than a 3 minute job with no consultation. A very disappointing experience, I will be going elsewhere next time.

Supriya did a fantastic job on my eyelashes. I am an older customer and I wanted a very natural look. That is exactly what I got and I feel brand new. Lovely girl and very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Supriya is the best lash technician Ive ever had, my lashes look amazing every time she does them, the salon is so reasonably priced as well!

Really need to sort out their customer service. Unrealistic wait times and poor communication. Wouldn't go back simply for that

I went in and had my first lash extensions and ithey weren't right, uneven and lopsided. I went back the next day and riva redid them and they look amazing. I'm very happy with them now! Highly recommend Riva!

Absolutely botched my eyebrows they are two completely different shapes. If you're looking for a place to do a decent job on threading your brows this is not the one.

I cannot recommend Exquisite Brows Southland highly enough. I have been having volume eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading there for years and have never had anything other than great customer service and top quality results. Reeva is extremely talented and clever, and customer-focused, and her team are friendly, polite and professional.

I have been a regular customer for many years - eyelashes, eyebrows, waxing. The ladies do it all! Reeba, the manager, really ensures you obtain the best customer experience from herself and staff. Highly recommend!

Reeva has been doing me eyelash extensions for over a year and she is brilliant, always does a great job and very professional.

Reeva is absolutely amazing, talented and a genuine nice person. Total asset to the store and is a master in her craft of eyelash extensions, tinting and threading which I get done every 2-3 weeks. Never had any issues, only ever walk out one happy girl. Best decision I made 2 years ago was making my first appointment with Reeva, never looked elsewhere!

The best eyelashes extensions anywhere! They are cheap and last way longer than other places! I won’t go anywhere else to have them done! Best ever thanks guys!

Only thing I want to write here, Riva (manager) doing excellent job. I do my eyelashes almost two years with her. I used to do with somewhere else after customer recommendation I thought I will try. First day to today she did a marvellous job for me. I recommend to all my friends her work. I can't stop doing this because she is doing good job. Good luck for them. Nirosha

This place is amazing. The here is great friendly environment and very professional. The ladies are so lovely and so welcoming Supriya did very good job and my eyebrows look really amazing n I love it.

Very Professional Staff. Reva does a really good job with eyebrow threading, perming and extensions. My sister, mum and i have been coming here for over a year and we have never had any issues. On weekends it can get pretty busy however if you book an appointment you shouldn't have any problems.

Customer service was not good. My eyebrow was bleeding after threading and the staff did not even aknowldge it or apologise. Won't be going back.
